Pros:

La ubicación y la amabilidad del personal salvo una camarera rubia del bufet que de muy malas formas cuestionó si yo me estaba alojando en el hotel porque según ella había gente que se colaba. Me pareció humillante y ofensivo.

Cons:

La habitación era pequeña con techos bajos que daba sensación de claustrofobia. Las camas eran supletorias por lo que eran muy incómodas. Nos fuimos un día antes habiendo pagado por este motivo.

Diese Hotel ist einfach ein Traum! Der Garten , das Essen und vor allem die ganz lieben Mitarbeiter wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Hotel Parque tropical is a very nice hotel with a very pretty and clean lobby & garden. The swimming pool was always comfortable and clean and there were enough beds for all the guests. The location is right next to a center with shops and restaurants, with an even bigger boulevard just a 20 minutes walk away with nice scenery along the beach. The bar was nice aswell with live musicians and some good food and drinks for a good price.

Cons:

Unlike the bar food, the restaurant food was not that tasty. there were strict clothing policies for men at dinner (long pants even at 25+ degree weather)

Pros:

The hotel has a wonderful garden where you can relax. A swimming pool and loungers are available. The staff is friendly. Breakfast is delicious. The hotel is conveniently located near the promenade and the ocean.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our room was infested with cockroaches, so we had to change rooms. The rooms need renovation. The staff speaks to guests in German. Even the greeting card was written in German.
