Super Anlage!
Pros:

Sehr schöne grüne Gartenanlage mit vielen versch. Pflanzen. Direktzugang zur Strandpromenade. Sehr nettes, freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Nette, nicht aufdringliche Animation.

It was fine!
Pros:

The staff were so kind and very helpful. They helped us rent a car for a day and explained to us the best spots to go and where we could find natural springs! The sangria was great and the rooms are nice and big! The hotel grounds are beautiful, they have lovely gardens and a beautiful pool! The beach is close.

Cons:

We didn't realize the property caters to German tourists. Most of the hotel activities are done in German, and we are not German. The other guests seemed also to be exclusively German so we felt out of place. The food at the hotel restaurant and restaurants in the neighborhood aren't up to the quality of mainland Spain. The hotel restaurant and bar was reasonably priced, however. The bed was a little hard.

Struttura fantastica arricchita da un giardino stupendo e ben curato e da una piscina veramente molto bella.
Personale tutto eccellente e gentile, dalla reception al bar.
Ottima la colazione così come la cena, con una varietà incredibile di piatti.
Camera molto ad noia con vista sul giardino sulla piscina e sul mare.
Il mare è a due passi dalla struttura,
Facile trovare parcheggio, interessante la palestra.
Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Pros:

Staff gentilissimo, stanze ampie e pulite . Colazione ottima ma la cena è sempre su standard cucina germanica. Clientela per la maggior parte tedesca .

Cons:

Lo staff consente fumare anche negli spazi adibiti al pranzo il che dà molto fastidio a chi mangia e chi non fuma. Se non fumate state alla larga.

Pros:

Me gustó todo, un hotel , a pesar que hay muchos alemanes , muy tranquilo , con familias, parejas ..... Un trato excepcional , buffet que tenía de todo , la playa a un paso , justo en frente del hotel hay un pequeño centro comercial donde hay para tomar algo y comer si se quiere , eso sí, siempre enfocado a los extranjeros como es habitual en estos sitios de turismo

Cons:

Lo único, por decir algo ,que no me gustó , es que en las cenas ,los horarios son para extranjeros , el último turno es de ocho a media a nueve y media ,pero , a las nueve y cuarto empiezan a recoger , sintiéndote como presionado a cenar rápido , incluso uno de los días a las nueve y cinco ,ya empezaron a guardar la comida , es lo único que puedo decir negativo de este hotel

Las actuaciones y actividades, las habitaciones eran amplias y cómodas, el personal era muy amable y la comida estaba muy bien

Solicitamos dos habitaciones, una habitación adaptada y juntas, no pudieron cumplir ninguna. También era complicado el acceso a la piscina para una persona con discapacidad física
