The rooms were comfortable
The staff are not well trained in the art of customer service. When late at night I asked one of the front desk people for additional bottled water, she refused and said, "You already got some free water." That's not the way to treat your guest, given that your pricing was much higher than some of the boutique hotels in downtown with a lot more amenities

Hôtel un peu vieillot
Location
At check-in the front desk was very difficult with my wife and it created a lot of stress for her. In addition the parking costs are very high at $25 per day. Finally we kept requesting room service and it was poor each time, no vacuuming, no cleaning of bathroom.
Está bien ubicado, tiene un estacionamiento exactamente al lado, lo que facilita mucho el viaje para quienes estamos recorriendo Estados Unidos de ciudad en ciudad. El hotel cumple con todo lo que promete. El desayuno estuvo bien.
Location
Room was dirty, I got charged twice for the same room and lady with mask and gloves on at the front dest was rude and had an attitude when I asked about being charged twice so I will receive my $325 back in 5 business day.
I liked the location in relation to Busch Stadium. It was an easy drive, and located near a lot of great places to explore.
The parking was a tad bit complicated, and small.
We had a great view to the city, room was nice and parking garage right there so easy access. Breakfast was great too
I liked it a lot only a warning to others that although it looks close to the arch, it is a 1 1/2 mile walk.
They charged me for the room even though I paid in advance with Booking.
Delicious breakfast
Great location for our activities
Fragrance free soap
Location and staff friendliness
The beds were so hard I could barely sleep. They were also sagging from multiple people sleeping in them.
This was a hotel walkable to Union Station, which was charging exorbitant rates for the conference I was attending. It was easy to drive off I-64 and simple parking for $20/night. Housekeeping was working throughout the floor I was on, so many carts that you had to weave around them. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any housekeeping service between my arrival and departure after two nights, but it was just me, so okay. The room was clean. The shower had some long hair that wasn't mine in a fairly blatant place, and there were the limited Fairfield amenities. The HVAC unit fan made a clanging noise, so I turned it off at night.
There was a nice view of the back of downtown and a soccer training field. The breakfast room also had this view. Breakfast was the typical Fairfield--the mini omelets and granola were good. Not much in terms of fruit. The staff at the front desk were really nice, and they required a key card to get into the building both during the day and at night, which was reassuring. It was overall fine for the price!
