Unsatisfying unfortunately, the worst hotel I have ever stayed
Pros:

This property has a good location but this the only thing. It’s a rundown property with no attention to any details, feels like old folks home on a budget.
No toiletries, horrible pillows, all cracked furniture, bad coffee. Basically a property that operates on a high margin with absolute neglect to the customers.

Cons:

Only location! Nothing else!!!
Even the updated rooms are so cheaply done with luck of comfort and attention to details.

Great hotel, great location
Pros:

We had 3 nights at the hotel in Florence, and it was great. It is modern inside which is great and the hotel is in a fantastic location. Staff were great. My only little gripe was there was never any bacon for breakfast despite asking! 😊

B&B Hotel Firenze Pitti Palace al Ponte Vecchio was a delight! First, the location is superb. It is just off Ponte Vecchio. Even so, you can enter to door and feel comfortable and calm after the bustle of the city. The rooms and small but well-designed and furnished to make great use of the space. Common space is very nice as well. The staff is friendly and professional. Finally, the price is very reasonable.
