Amazing Experience!
Pros:

I came for my honeymoon here, they were kind enough to upgrade me! The suite was clean, beautiful and had an amazing private balcony that has an unbelievable panoramic view of the city. and the staff is so kind and welcoming and the absolute best. Location is ideal , its a few min walk away from tourist spots!

A Room with a View
Pros:

This was a wonderful central hotel - walkable to everything. The included breakfast was excellent. We chose a room with a city view - and this was definitely worth the upgrade. Staff were helpful and accommodating. We will stay here on our next visit to Florence!

Great location for a subpar hotel
Pros:

Super convenient location. Very nice staff

Cons:

Bathroom was gross with mold growing and a terrible layout. One of the plugs was completely broken. There was no mirror anywhere other than the bathroom

Great location
Pros:

Hotel is in a great location, right by Ponte Vecchio. Supermarket just around the corner. We had a room on a higher floor, which included a balcony. Staff were all lovely - breakfast staff especially so. It’s not a luxury hotel, but clean average size rooms, and all you need for a few days in Florence.

Simple Hotel with a great location
Pros:

Simple hotel with a great location and nice roof top area.

Hotel had a sewer smell for portions of the day. Our room was basic, heat/ac did not work, we had a soiled towel.

View out of the balcony was other buildings down a street.

Breakfast buffet was good and typical of other hotels.

A wonderful place to stay in Florence Italy
Pros:

Hotel Pitti Palace at Ponte Vecchio in Florence was an extremely good choice. Not only for the location, directly at Ponte Vecchi, but for many other reasons. The rooms were a good size, nicely maintained and clean. The views from the hotel breakfast dining room were picture perfect. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of food and everything was fresh and well cooked/baked.
The main reason I liked this hotel so much was the staff. The front desk greeted everyone with a smile and willingly offered assistance. The dining room staff made me and I'm sure many others feel very special. They were very attentive.
Even the cleaning ladies greeted everyone pleasantly in the hallways.
Thank you for a wonderful stay at your hotel.

Great and majestic location.
Pros:

The staff is exceptionally courteous and helpful, and the facilities are very clean, although the bathrooms are a little small. Nevertheless; the rest of the areas compensate for the limited bathrooms.

Pros:

Had an enjoyable stay along with my sister, visiting Florence for the first time. Younis was incredibly personable, always friendly and smiling. The buffet breakfast was good and the room was cozy in size but comfortable.

Enjoyed our 3 day stay
Pros:

Excellent central location at the foot of Ponte Vecchio. Good sized room, large walk in shower, clean linen and room. Friendly and nice staff. Breakfast buffet was adequate, nice Patio and an outdoor space for smokers. Great to have a place in the lobby where you can buy snacks, cocktails or wonderful drinks at a decent price.
