Un desastre. Un olor mugre. Mala predisposición de la recepcionista para resolver el tema con booking . La habitación con aire que caía agua y heladera que no funcionaba. Un desastre realmente

Overall good stay, would stay again.
Pros:

We booked this hotel at the last minute after other members of our group dropped out, and it turned out to be excellent value for money. The price was very reasonable, especially considering breakfast was included.
The breakfast was great, with plenty of options available each morning. As a coeliac, I was particularly pleased that the hotel was able to cater for my dietary requirements. I felt safe eating there, which made a big difference to my stay.
The pool area was lovely, clean, and never felt overcrowded. There was also a good bar open during the day, which was convenient.
All of the staff were polite, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The reception team were especially accommodating and happily arranged taxis for us whenever we needed them.
Our room was clean on arrival and was cleaned daily if required. The shower had good water pressure, and we found the room comfortable and well maintained.
Overall, we had a very positive experience and would happily stay here again.

Cons:

Overall, we had a very good stay and were pleased with the hotel. The only downside we found was that the walls between rooms seemed quite thin. We had several rooms next to each other as part of our group and could easily hear conversations and noise through the walls.
This wasn't a major issue for us as we were travelling together, but it is something to be aware of if you are looking for a particularly quiet hotel. It could be less enjoyable if neighbouring guests were noisy or staying up late.
Aside from this, we had no other issues with the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the facilities were clean and well maintained, and we felt it offered excellent value for money. We would be happy to stay here again.

El desayuno fenomenal. La chica q estaba en el bufet que es de canarias ES ENCANTADORA. Las chicas de la limpieza , recepción todo perfecto. Siempre atentos

las habitaciones para 3 personas con la cama supletoria se queda muy pequeña , el desagüe de la ducha no tragaba muy bien. Algunos de los huéspedes dieron mucha guerra pero al momento nos cambiaron de habitación. Está claro que el hotel es como es y la gente extranjera que va ,va de esa manera. Dar guerra dar guerra y dar guerra. La que creo que era la directora del hotel muy estirada, no saludaba a los huéspedes mientras cogía el desayuno en el bufete
