Pros:

הצוות ברובו מסביר פנים נחמד ושירותי. ההנהלה והמנהל עצמו אדיבים ומסבירי פנים ומנסים לעזור ברוב המקרים. האוכל ברובו טוב מאד בעיקר ארוחות הערב. מתקני המלון והספא גם ברמה טובה מאד. החדר שהזמנו (סוויטת ג'וניור היה מרווח ויפה). צוות הניקיון מצוין ומנקה ברמה גבוהה את החדרים ומשלימים כל יום פריטים כמו מים, קפסולות קפה ועוד.

Cons:

חלק מהצוות בעיקר צוות הלילה בדלפק פחות שירותי ונחמד. הבריכה לא כל כך נקייה יש קטעים עם חול ובצדדים יש מה שנראה כמו קצת עובש. כמו כן המציל לא תמיד נמצא וביום אחד (שני) לא היה כלל כל היום מאד בעייתי בעיקר שיש ילדים. בנוסף אין הקפדה על בעלי שיער ארוך שייכנסו עם כיסוי ראש וחבל כי אז יש גם שערות בבריכה. כמו כן ארוחת הבוקר הייתה לא מספיק מגוונת וחזרה על עצמה אחד לאחד כל יום בניגוד לארוחת ערב שהייתה מגוונת ושונה בחלקה מידי יום.

Pros:

Bon emplacement, hôtel calme, confortable, propre avec de bons équipements et un personnel bienveillant.
Petit déjeuner délicieux et bien achalandé quelque soit l’heure d’arrivée.

Overall, the hotel is very good.
Pros:

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The room was clean, and the hotel in general was very well maintained. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and always willing to help.

Cons:

The pool is too small for such a nice hotel and all the sun loungers are always occupied.
