We had a very pleasant stay. Very clean hotel, excellent breakfast really good value for money. Beautiful sea view rooms.

It's an excellent location! I accommodated my friends in this hotel... They had nothing but praise... Everything was perfect, from the large, spacious and clean rooms with a sea view, to the food and service. They said that nowhere else on vacation did they feel so good as in this hotel. The staff is nice and helpful, the hotel is clean, the beach is clean and tidy, free sun beds on the grass in the shade of the trees and umbrellas, they offer beach towels, which you return in the evening and take them clean the next morning, they have a spa, jacuzzi, steam bath, free of charge........etc
They opted for the full board package, because they thought it was much more convenient for the price. And next year they want to repeat the experience. 🥰

The place is right on the Beach, we choose a sea view room and the feeling while sitting on the veranda was like you were on a cruise ship. Magnificent views, the staff very kind, the hotel has very reasonable prices, breakfast marvelous and the whole of our stay was a great experience. We will return.

A very mediocre Hotel that is in series need of major renovation. The rooms are basic like hundreds of others in the hotels along this coast and the in-room tea facilities and toiletries are cheap but hide under the guise of being "eco-friendly'. The beach to the front of the hotel is poorly maintained and the locality and hotels therein need a great deal of attention to remove rubbish and improve the general appearance of the area.

The hotel is located in Limassol, which is about an hour's drive from the Larnaca international airport. It is located on the beachfront, hardly a few meters away, and offers lovely views of the sunrise. There's a kind of lagoon in front, which I guess makes for safe swimming!

The check-in was fast, even though we were a group. The receptionist took the time to go tell us about the breakfast and dinner venues and the location/usage of the spa. I got a room on the 1st floor facing the swimming pool and the sea - absolutely gorgeous views! The room had a balcony to,o with a small table and 2 chairs.

The room was fairly well equipped - it had a kettle with coffee/tea sachets. There was a minibar also but it was empty. The bathroom had soap, shampoo, etc. The wifi worked fine.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Breakfast was served on the -1 level and had both indoor and outdoor seating. Decent spread and lots of seating. Only issue was that only 1 coffee machine was working, so there was always a longish queue. Dinner was served in the Poseidon restaurant on the ground floor. We had buffet dinners all 3 nights and the food was good, with lots of options for non-vegetarians.

The only suggestion I would have for the hotel is for the staff to be a bit more friendly.

Ruined my husband 60th Birthday
I was really looking forward to celebrating my husband 60th birthday at this hotel — but instead, I left feeling completely let down, frustrated, and honestly, a bit heartbroken.
The hotel tries hard to look luxurious — the lobby is impressive — but it’s all fur coat and no knickers. Once you get past the front desk, it’s a very different story.
Staff were cold, disinterested, and completely lacking in hospitality. I had arranged in advance for a birthday cake to be placed in the room as a surprise on the date of his birthday — and was assured it would be there. It never appeared. No apology. No explanation. Just another broken promise.
The rooms are dated and in need of serious refurbishment. While ours was cleaned daily, the corridor outside was filthy. Someone was sick all along the hallway during our stay — I reported it to reception and was told housekeeping would “deal with it in the morning.” It was never cleaned properly. The smell lingered for days, and the stains were still there when we checked out TEN days later. Disgraceful.
Breakfast was equally disappointing — the same bland, grey offerings every single day, with no variation or effort. We raised multiple concerns with the duty manager, and not a single person followed up. Our complaints were simply ignored.
This stay was supposed to mark a special milestone in his life, but instead it left us feeling like we didn’t matter at all. No attention to detail, no warmth, and no genuine care from any member of staff.
A truly disheartening experience. I’ll never return, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone — let alone for a special occasion. At best, this is a 2-star property hiding behind a fancy entrance.
