Perfekt für den Städtetrip ins unwerfende Brügge
Pros:

Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Ein sehr geräumiges, sauberes, modernes Zimmer. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Absolut empfehelnswert!

Cons:

Es gibt recht wenig Steckdosen im Zimmer. Man kann sich mit Powerbanks behelfen.

Wonderful time relaxing and laughing with friends in a really lovely hotel in a gorgeous town.
Pros:

My party of friends stayed for 3 nights, we were very happy with our rooms, comfortable beds and lovely towels. The breakfast was an extensive buffet with a hot choice as well. Very leisurely and relaxed with very nice staff. The hotel is very central to everything you would want to visit, being 3 min walk from the Markt (the main square). I would definitely recommend and would return again.

Cons:

There were only a couple of minor annoyances which could easily be remedied. A teaspoon instead of wooden stirrers for morning tea, a table for tea and coffee making facilities near an electric plug for the kettle. Lastly the lift broke down but was soon fixed.

Die Feueralarm, die um 00:40 ausgelöst ist. Zuerst keine Rückmeldung von Hotel. Erst später wurde gesagt, dass es sich um eine Fehlmeldung handelt.

Uitstekende lokatie midden in het centrum met alles op loopafstand. Parkeertip: P+R Waggelwater en met lijn 1 in een paar minuten naar het centrum.

Booked 5 rooms 4 nights.
When arrived 19.00 pm double rooms booked only twin available. Told we were last to book in so all that was left. View out of windows, a wall.


Had not been clear that needed to book double!
Staff checked but unable to.change us for.any of 4 nights.
Booked rooms 8 months in advance very frustrating to be honest for the main Booker who organised trip.
Also bar closed afternoons as told didn't open until 18.00 when.wanted a drink around 17.30.

Die Nähe zum Zentrum

Cons:

Badezimmer stank bestialisch, da die Ventilation nicht ging! Es wurde uns ein Duftstäbchen als Abhilfe gegeben. Nachts ging der Feueralarm um 0.40 los, niemand an der Rezeption.. alles Packen und runter es war schliesslich ein Fehlalarm! Später ein zweiter, der aber schnell wieder abgeschaltet wurde.
Fenstervorhänge defekt, Lampen ohne Birne, Schimmel an der Decke im Bad, Körperlotion in der Dusche statt Shampoo.
