Dopo la prima notte, pulizia al mattino presto, con la camera ovviamente pulita. Il secondo giorno pulizia nei pomeriggio... molti alberghi fanno questa cosa ma non depone bene. Non per un quattro stelle

The location was perfect.
The staff member checking us in was very unwelcoming. Kriss said if we wanted help with our bags we needed to be in 5-star hotel. My 86 yr old husband walking with aid of cane was unable to manage getting our luggage up the stairs. Kriss watched us struggle. at check-in and check-out. Only place we have ever stayed with this attitude.
Our room and bathroom were large. Staff was friendly. Room was clean
Breakfast was poor and cost 22 Eros. The shower floor was slippery. The mattress was only about 2 inches this

De hygiene, met name in de badkamer. Niet schoon. Lege glazen werden niet opgeruimd, toiletemmer werd niet geledigd. Geen schone lakens na housekeeping. Tv deed het heel vaak niet.
Zo vaak aan de receptie gestaan - niemand aanwezig.
