Tired and Dated room Good Breakfast
Pros:

Comfortable beds. Mainly very clean. Loverly breakfast

Cons:

The room we stayed in (43) was tired and dated. The basin was cracked and this room was once very well finizhed and furnished however it would now benifit a re-fit. 1 pillowslip was a bit grubby.

Lovely setting food great helpful staff nothing a problem

Cons:

Lots stairs but they moved me asap thanks to them . Had a leg injury otherwise stairs not a problem. Ring hotel to check .

It was big and there was a bar which was open late

Cons:

Rooms were made from paper mache. I could hear every single step, cough, conversation and movement from the people above me and next to me. It was so bad I could hear the person above me texting!!

Room was clean but very outdated so it didn’t feel overly clean.

Booked through booking.con and there were multiple bookings, the hotel overcharged us and when I rang to correct this, they tried to double charge our cards for the double bookings. When I checked in and we were made aware of this, I showed the receptionist that this must be a systems error as I only have the one booking but after our stay they tried to charge.

Relaxing, cozy and warm.
Pros:

The staff were amazing. Sheila, Iva, Clecio, in fact everyone we encountered (i didn't catch everyone's names).
I travelled from NL with my two sons for a funeral of my Aunt. We also held the reception at the hotel.
Everything was perfect.

Cons:

We squeezed into a suite for 3 people but there were no bed sheets for the sofa bed, but the lovely girl on reception sorted it out for me :)

Cons:

I had booked 2 rooms for 4 people.

I planned to make tea twice in my room, which means total 8 cups of tea
I explained to the staff that for making tea in my room I need 2 milk sachets per person. The staff seemed a bit unhappy when I asked for extra milk sachets.

She gave me the stuff but showed some bad expressions on the face which made me feel bit sad while enjoying my tea.

I still love the hotel and will come back again.

Pros:

After a small issue at check in that we didn't get a room with a shower and not a bath due to my mum's disability this was handled well by the manager and we ended up with a room and a shower.
The Restaurant was absolutely fantastic! Great food, great service, great cocktails! No need to leave the hotel for anything in the evening.

Cons:

paying for parking when the area in front of the hotel belongs to the hotel garden anyway
