Great location, good parking facilities, nice enough room
Pros:

Location was very nice. Big car park well shaded, clean and friendly environment

Cons:

Charged for parking, I was under the impression parking was free. Also my door handle was loose. Worried was going to fall off with me locked in or out.

Great location. Friendly staff. Pay for a room with more space.
Pros:

Location was central to the town. Friendly staff and clean rooms.

Cons:

Room positioning - loud neighbours with extra heavy doors and shoes at silly o’clock. Also (this may not be Lismoyne, as it’s near a car park), there was emptying of glass bottles at 7am into a bin.

Always enjoyable stay
Pros:

I just like it here. Quiet out of the way and clean
Great location with a large choice of eateries in the high street

Cons:

Not much choice on the menu. But saying that I didnt know they did set meals 2&3 courses until I saw it on an advertisement in the bar toilet

Quite good. Good value for money
Pros:

Good value for money, staff were nice. No issues.

Cons:

I think this used to be an upper end hotel back in the day. It seems to have all the features of it (which would have looked good in 2003). Stairs are a bit weird and quite creaky. That being said it’s still good overall. No complaints.

Good comfortable stay, great breakfast and great location, just few minutes away from Fleet’s amazing high street.
Pros:

Cons:

Slight stain issue on bed sheet.
Room overlooked roof with air con units going all night, I was so tired I didn’t have the energy to request a move.

Pros:

We were very pleased with our hotel choice the location was easy to access from the motorway the staff were friendly and made us very welcome the room was comfortable and quiet the food was excellent good choices and well presented

Perfect for staying with family for a local family event. Spacious and peaceful.
Pros:

Very peaceful and quiet, enjoyed relaxing in garden. Staff friendly, helpful, and easy to find.

Cons:

I just wish the accountants would wake up to the fact that poor quality, miserly hospitality trays are a false economy and don't meet the general ethos of the hotel. They matter more to your guests than you realise. Bathroom needs updating.
