No bajamos a la piscina estábamos un par de días de paso pero no invitaba una parte es apartahotel y otra de propietarios que no están muy conformes con el apartahotel y se veía un poco descuidado la zona piscina

Pros:

Le personnel était très aimable que ce soit à la réception tout comme au petit déjeuner, toujours souriants et polis !

Cons:

Le logement n’était pas très propre.
La chambre n’est pas très bien isolée.
Les draps affichés sur les murs du bâtiments disant que ce n’est pas un hôtel laissent une ambiance assez spéciale et amène à des questionnements.

Lo único que estaba bien fue la limpieza

Cons:

Durante mi estancia en el apartamento comprobé que el estado del alojamiento no se correspondía con el anunciado. La cocina presentaba puertas rotas y desconchadas, el mobiliario estaba deteriorado y las instalaciones no se encontraban en condiciones adecuadas de mantenimiento. Además, la piscina estaba descuidada y con zonas deterioradas, lo que afectaba a su uso. Asimismo, en la fachada del edificio había pancartas de protesta con mensajes como “No es hotel, nos están robando”, lo que generó una situación incómoda y una mala imagen del alojamiento.

Dispongo de fotografías que acreditan estos hechos.

Great hotel
Pros:

Coral teide mar is a budget hotel in la paz area of puerto de la cruz, there are restaurants and bars in this atea as well as several supermarkets and bus stops to town or further afield. You can access town down the agatha christy steps this a lovely walk, though it can be a challenge returning for some.
The hotel.its self is dated but very clean, staff are lovely, and the beds are extemely comfortable.
We liked the pool area set in a lovely garden, and there are plenty of loungers for everyone, the pool its self needs some sttention as alot of the tiles on the botton are coming off.
We loved our stay here and look forward to returning.
In.a nutshell great hotel, in a lovely place with lots to do around it.
