Location
Some staff very rude
The hotel is very dated/ tired
Nothing by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed in it was like a prison
The cot had food left inside it and food smeared on the side of it, bath plug didn’t drain, nothing looked like it had ever been cleaned, in the lift the button panel was barely held together with a bit of tape stains all throughout the carpet, fan in cupboard thick with dust and extractor in bathroom. Wouldn’t ever stay here again
Breakfast good yeah yes
Great location to stay before getting Le Shuttle the next day. Room clean and comfortable. Staff helpful.
On site parking was full but plenty of nearby parking options, so not a problem.
The best think about this hotel is the location very close to the beach .
The staff are nice and helpful.
The rooms are very old and the furniture's.
The beds are uncomfortable you can feel the metal on your back .I Couldn't sleep the whole night .
And swimming pool 4£ adults and 3£kids which I find it not fear as the hotel wasn't that cheap plus the parking you have to pay 5£ per day and there is not much spaces available as the hotel so busy .
Needs lots of refurbishment .
We booked as a family two rooms and each of us was in different sides it was really difficult for us .
I liked the property because it had balcony with sea view
Very very very old!!!!
The whole building needs URGENT renervation, the rooms were old, no air conditioning, the bathrooms were… a nightmare, not clean (!!) and horribly smelled like chlorine. The carpet floors were disgusting. The elevators nearly fall apart. The parking lot was completely full, so we had to park in the paid area across the street for over 22£ for the night.
It was cheap and cheerful. Room was clean. Hotel staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful.
Beds are small and uncomfortable. It was stuffy in the room and a dodgy smell. However for a twin room at that price I won't complain too much. For one night it is adequate, not sure I could stay longer.
The guy on reception when checking in was excellent apart from the surprise £5 parking fee.
When we left the reception guy (different one) didn't even acknowledge our presence and the whole place smells really funky. In desperate need of a makeover......or rebuilding.
Location
Hallways smelt damp. Rooms were very basic. Toilet by main function ballroom was full of toilet roll. Swimming pool is aged and steps taped off as broken.
Ethe location could not have been any better. The hotel was tired but was value for the money. Staff were all pleasant and helpful. The room was tired and dated but clean and comfortable apart from the window having a safety lock preventing it being opened more than 5inches which was for safety reasons but in the heat it was not enough. Maybe a solution to protect the opening but allowing the windows to be fully opened needs to be accomplished. I would definitely return.
It needs updating in decor. The windows need to be adjustable in opening
Breakfast and evening meal very nice.
I thinkthere should be a strong present security as we sat in bar and a family of gypsies with their son riding his bike and leaving lying on the floor staff said nothing and bad language was very bad in the bar and at the entrance and never told to stop unfortunately
Very poor condition
Tables and chairs broken
Its stank
Very bad
Condition of the room
