Beds were reasonably comfortable and sheets were clean

Cons:

Bedroom stunk - mould/damp -found 8 beetles, carpet felt greasy underfoot, toilet seat very loose

Can tell they have issues with smoking lots of no smoking signs yet there was a smell of smoke in the corridor and their was ash in the window. Clearly disrespectful guests and not a issue with the hotel

Value for money - great for family of 3 children to sleep in 1 room.
Pros:

For the price we expected a budget hotel and that's what we got. Friendly and helpful staff. we only went to spend a night (10pm-5.30am) so didn't need more than a room. The big bonus is that you can add a rollaway bed in the family room which means a family with 3 children can all share the same room. those are rare.

Cons:

No hot water. Fire alarm going off at 1am because of someone else's steamy shower (ironic to us). Parking could do with marking being redone as people waste space when parking. Underground tiny parking was scary, if you use it for storage, board it up, it would look a lot better.
Need of a big refurbishment and clean, windows were rather dirty.

The evening entertainment was very good. The food that we ordered from the bar was excellent and very good value.
