I booked a junior suite .
The room was clean the bed was comfy.
The room is in the front so there is constant road noise the curtains don't block the sunlight out. There are no facilities in the room no bottled water and no where to buy one on site . No bathroom toiletries supplied other than a piece of soap as I spent 150 pounds for the night stay I am very disappointed.
Location very good - interesting decor- old lovely building - bed very comfortable
Would have been nice to check out at 11am instead of 10am but not a massive issue
The bed was really comfy.
Nice bright single bed room.
Harbour view.
Nice decor with quirky artwork.
the common areas were nice
the room was a bit spartan
Location OK. oom had a harbour view
Stairs, heat (no facilities)
View was great. Bed comfortable and showed great.
No welcome by manager had to put luggage around the back of property, instead of just letting us leave it before checking in at 4pm.
No toiletries, no water, hairdryer, biscuits . Tv was rubbish signal too.
Great view and location, clean
Room very small on top floor, five flights up. No hand towel or toiletries aside from tiny piece of soap. 4pm check in
La ubicación es muy cerca del central y hay acceso fácil a lugares para comer, bebe y la playa. El edificio es pequeño pero con mucha historia en sus paredes
Habían piezas de pelo de alguien diferente, y fue caluroso.
Nice property bit quirky. Good position
Room exceptionally small more like a cupboard. No toiletries supplied no staff to ask. Toiletries were on the list but not even a bar of soap. Room was single size with a double bed which took up the whole of the room. Very cramped. Okay for one night but no more than that could not regulate the shower which was scalding hot so couldn’t use. No staff around to ask. Expensive for what it was.
the location was great
i paid more for a room with 2 single beds but we got a room so small with no ventilation & was it very uncomfortable
The view, the bed linen and towels were exceptional as was the duvet.
Fantastic balcony doors wide open all night.
Car park is bad but plenty on road parking
It was a little overpriced but heyho.
Downstairs it was like stepping back in time 100 years,I loved it
Carpark,price .
The view. The room was comfortable. The paintings on the walls. The communal rooms.
Amazing mattress, beautiful decoration, great setting, great location
location
shower was poor ,no shower gel just soap.
The hotel is perfectly placed to access Ramsgate. It is a beautiful Georgian building overlooking the sea. It is furnished with an eclectic mix of periodic furniture and is home to a large collection of artwork which is individually identified. Our room was spacious and clean with a modern en-suite shower room. We were on the top floor overlooking the small rear garden. Lots of stairs, which we didn’t mind. There is no lift. There are not really any staff other than someone to check you in. This was our second stay, and we love the style and ambience. The location is perfect for accessing the local bars and restaurants. Breakfast is not available so it is necessary to find somewhere else, but there are many options available nearby.
On this trip the duvet provided was too hot for the overnight temperatures, and there were no other bedding options in the room.
Charming building with character and well located on the seafront.Comfortablw bed.
Should you have mobility issues this is not the hotel for you; no lift, steep narrow stairs, rope bannisters and heavy fire doors.
Parking, basically there isn't any. We weren't informed by the staff about the 4 spaces at the rear, (which are charged), and also impractical. One car had parked so it occupied two spaces. There is no free parking in the nearest surrounding streets. It was all double yellow lines and very narrow. The one short strecth we did see was outside residential homes and solid for the duration of our stay. There is a secure multi-storey 5 nins walk away that is cheaper than the hotel's 4 spaces.
Getting any amount of heavy luggage to the top floor is an effort.
Lighting in the room wasn't great.
Great location, bed very comfy, quirky and homely.
Upstairs rooms waking us up at 7am walking back and forth over and over
