Zimmer mit Balkon und Meerblick im letzten Winkel. Hat so gezogen das es unmöglich war am Balkon zu sitzen. Betten Steinhart. Unmöglich zu schlafen. Essen lauwarm.

Hrozný hotel, hrozný personál a služby
Pros:

nič, zrekonštruovanú izbu nepovažujem v dnešnej dobe v štvorhviezdičkovom hoteli za bonus ale za štandard.

Cons:

Fotografie a informácie vôbec nezodpovedajú popisu na booking.com. Mali sme zaplatené 2 noci, ale odišli sme po 1 noci, hoci sme vedeli, že peniaze nám nevrátia.
- Dôvody: Izba s výhľadom na more, ktorá bola za príplatok - z malinkého balkónového okna sme videli na otrasnú štrkovú strechu a rozpadajúce sa susedné zariadenie.
-Personál je mimoriadne nepríjemný - od recepčných, ktoré sa sťažujú na management hotela po obsluhu na raňajkách. Raňajky - výber síce bol, ale všetko tak nejak odfláknuté - od starého vysušeného chlebu a croasantov po mimoriadne zlú a páchnucu kávu.
- Župan si musíte prenajať za 6€/deň/osoba - a povedia Vám to až keď ho márne na izbe hľadáte, pretože do 4 hviezdičkového wellness a terme hotela nechodíte so županom v kufri. Parkovanie za príplatok - cena sa každý deň menila podľa informácii personálu - variácia medzi 15-20€/deň, a neboli sme vopred informovaní (zo stránky booking.com)
- Wellness je ďalšia dezinformácia - v hoteli sa nachádza len malinký bazén a vírivka, termálne bazény sú dostupné v inom hoteli, kde idete 20 min v mokrých plavkách a požičanom župane bez uteráku 20 min po chodbe. Tam si môžete priplatiť za sauny - čo tiež nie je dobre vysvetlené.
-Takže vlastne za svoje peniaze nedostanete žiadnu službu, okrem toho, že sa môžete vyspať na izbe a to tiež spíte skoro na chodbe, lebo dvere nie sú dobre zaizolované, majú medzeru dole aj zboku, takže počujete všetkých rozhovory na chodbe a trieskanie susedných dverí vkuse. Vrcholom bolo, keď nám recepčná pri odchode chcela započítať parkovné a miestny poplatok za 2 dni, hoci sme po 1 noci odchádzali. Vedela som, že za ubytovanie druhej noci nám peniaze nikto nevráti, ani som to nežiadala, ale aby Vám účtovali poplatok za auto, ktoré tam nestojí je úplná drzosť. Úprimne nikomu neodporúčam ísť do tohto hotela a zrejme to bude podobné aj v susedných hoteloch zo siete LifeClass, kde na zákazníkovi nijak nezáleží.
