Good location, convenient access to the spa directly inside the hotel building, and decent breakfast and dinner with a good variety of food.

Cons:

The check-in experience was unprofessional, as the receptionist repeatedly interrupted the process to attend to other guests.

For a hotel advertised as a spa hotel, the lack of basic amenities is disappointing. No separate towels are provided for the spa, so guests have to use their room towels, with no extras available. Bathrobes cost an additional €6, even for children. The robe provided for our child was so oversized that it dragged along the floor. When we complained, we were told that another robe could be provided for an additional €6, but it would be the same oversized size. Naturally, we decided not to pay extra for another unsuitable robe.

Housekeeping was extremely disappointing. The room was clean upon arrival, but it was never cleaned again during our four-day stay. Only the rubbish was emptied. On the third day, despite putting out the housekeeping sign in the morning and requesting fresh towels before going to the spa, nothing was done. Three hours later, our dirty towels were still on the floor. We had to call reception four times over 40 minutes and wait in our wet swimsuits until clean towels were finally delivered.

Sehr schöner Urlaub
Pros:

Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Personal sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Die Aussicht vom Großen Zimmerbalkon war direkt ins Nachbar Hotel und hatte keine Aussicht ins Meer. Waren aber fast nie im Zimmer außer zum schlafen und da stört es nicht wirklich. Dafür war es sehr ruhig 😉

Schöne Lage, angenehmer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Zimmer mit Meerblickbalkon war sehr schön, geräumig, das Bett war angenehm, Toilette extra. Frühstücksangebot ist reichhaltig, frisch und gut. Das Abendessen wird auch in Buffetform angeboten, die Auswahl ist vielfältig. Der Speiseraum ist sehr groß, es ist etwas laut. Personal an der Rezeption sehr aufmerksam, tolle Tapas Bar im Hotel - Essen sehr gut und Bedienung genial!

Cons:

Raumduft im Zimmer. Weiter Weg im Haus zum Thermalbad.
