The location was good, breakfast there was a good choice and the staff where very nice , friendly and helpful
The hotel is in need of an update. They were painting while we were there but it looked like they were just adding to the layers of paint already on the wall by the kids play area. The tiles just inside the door of our room were chipped and had black marks on them. The beds were very soft and the Aircon was noisy but that covered the noise of the evening entertainment in the outside area below our room. Also on the last morning some of the staff (chamber maids and cleaners I think) were having a get together with food and music at 8 o'clock in the morning! The staff on reception did apologise when we mentioned it at checkout.
Nos lo pasamos genial, estuvimos 2 noches y por las noches siempre había algo de entretenimiento como baile o karaoke que fue súper divertido 😃 lo recomiendo el buffet libre super completo
Llevo casi un mes esperando que me remitan la factura, escribiéndole constantemente al hotel y no hay forma. Es la peor atención al cliente que he tenido jamás

O facto do Hotel não ter estacionamento para os hóspedes incluído na estadia, ou estacionamento no hotel sem custos adicionais.
La habitación era grande, con vistas al mar. La cercanía de la playa. Las piscinas y la comida.
El insoportable ruido que hace el aire acondicionado de la habitación, pero es que sin aire hacía mucha calor.
El buen servicio de los trabajadores.
Algunos postres. Como flanes y tartas. Por lo demás muy bien. Gracias por todo.

El hotel está muy bien situado ,las piscinas muy limpias y muy tranquilas,la comida muy buena y mucha variedad,en si muy bien para descansar....lo k no me pareció ni me gustó nada es k ... estuvimos tres días y no nos hicieron la habitación ni cambiaron toallas....eso no nos gustó nada .por demás muy bien
