Good location and clean with breakfast
Old style property with plenty of history.
Positioned on sea front
We had a superior sea veiw room.
Room wasn’t clean and rubbish was on floor behind table.
The paintwork between inoperable windows was flaky and mouldy.

There was honestly nothing to not like myself and my partner couldnt fault it
Chair broken no lamp I payed £104 and was down in the basement in a dark room chair was broken bathroom was completely wet on floor

Shabby furniture...carpets in corridors and stairs stained and dirty..windows filthy ...rooms not cleaned at all in 4 day stay rubbish not removed ...shower curtain not long enough consequently floor got flooded ...our room we could open window but many guests complaining their windows could not be opened and were very hot ...many foreign guests which made me ashamed that we can't apply basics ....I got the impression this place is run on a shoestring budget....and this coming from someone who is usually reluctant to complain

The hotel's location is truly impressive; across the road is the famous Eastbourne beach, which is the place that fascinates me most.
I booked a room with a sea view, but unfortunately the windows facing the sea clearly haven’t been cleaned for a long time. This made it difficult to enjoy the view or take photos; there are heating units and a AC in the room, but the AC unit appears to have been broken for a long time and no one has dealt with it. In fact, I saw a large build-up of dust blocking the air vent, and I couldn’t find a switch to turn the air conditioner on.

The property was filthy, dog hair all over the bedroom floor, windows you could hardly see out of, mirror in bathroom with only one light working,air conditioner on wall but no control
Staff unfriendly, we asked numerous times on the day of arrival for the evening menu and then told that the chef had only cooked for 4 people?
