Sehr entäuschend - wir kommen sicher nicht wieder.
Pros:

Sehr wenig - siehe unten.

Cons:

Wir waren sehr entäuscht. Der erste Eindruck beim reinkommen war zwar noch okay, aber schon beim einchecken fing es an. Für unseren Hund wurden 20 Euro und für den Parkplatz (ein Dreckloch im Hinterhof 5 Minuten entfernt) sogar 25 Euro pro Nacht verlangt. Das Zimmer selber war zwar recht klein, aber gerade so ausreichend. Das Bett hat sehr geknarrt, die Türe zum Badezimmer hat sich unten aufgelöst und das Fenster hätte auch dringend mal eine Renovierung notwendig. Das Bad war ganz okay, aber eine Badewanne ist einfach nicht mehr zeitgemäß und machte mir mit meinem kaputtenb Knie erhebliche Probleme.
Beim Frühstück dann der nächste Schock - der Hund darf nicht in den großen Frühstücksraum, owohl das Büffet in einem extra Zommer aufgebaut ist. Personal war keines zu sehen, ein anderer Gast hat uns dann das Zimmer für Hundebesitzer gezeigt. Dort waren die Tische nicht eingedeckt und wir saßen komplett alleine in dem Zimmerchen. Kamen uns vor wie Aussätzige. Geschirr und Besteck mussten wir uns erstmal selber suchen. Das Büffet selber war auch nur so lala. In der Preisklasse hätte ich schon etwas mehr erwartet. Der Kaffee war scheußlich.
Zwei positive Dinge kann man aber erwähnen. Erstens die Lage - ist nur 10 Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt und gegenüber gibt es einen großen Park, in dem auch Hunde zugelassen sind. Zweitens der Barkeeper in der Hotelbar. Dieser war sehr nett und freundlich und hatte auch undseren Hund beachtet.
Statt unserer geplanten 3 Nächte sind wir dann nach der zweiten Nacht abgereist. Leider gabe es kein Verständniss von der Rezeption und auch finanzell gab es kein Entgegenkommen. Wir haben alles komplett zahlen müssen und wurden zusätzlich auch noch von Booking.com zusätzlcih belastet. Hier sind wir noch im Streit.
Alles in allem - nicht empfehlenswert für diese Preisklasse.

Lage (Obwohl etwas laut wegen der Straße), Essen (Halbpension), Zimmer (sehr geräumig)

Cons:

Nicht ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden, daher musste ich auf der Straße um € 34,- pro Tag zahlen statt 25,- am Hotelparkplatz.
Rezeptionistin am Anreisetag sehr unfreundlich, statt des im Buchungsmail angekündigten "herzlichen Empfangs".
Zu wenig Licht im Badezimmer.

Cons:

The parking lot is about 150 meters uphill. It doesn't look safe at all. There is even a clear sign that they are not responsible for the safety of the vehicles, and the hotel charges 25 euros per 24 hours for this service.

The beds are old and uncomfortable. The breakfast is modest.

Sens dubte és un hotel que ha viscut temps millors
Pros:

Té bona ubicació

Cons:

La mampara de la banyera perdia aigua per tot arreu, la part de baix de la porta del bany estava tota bufada, els tancaments (finestes), són vells. Crec que no té una bona relación qualitat-preu.

Tökéletes szállás egy tavaszi kiruccanáshoz Opatijaba!
Pros:

A kilátás csodálatos volt a tengerre-néző szobából. A reggeli és a vacsora finom volt, nagy volt a választék. Jó hogy mellette van egy parkoló. A hotelben található kávézó isteni!

Un hôtel bien placé dans le centre ville mais un peu bruyant.

Un hôtel des temps anciens mais qui a gardé son charme. Belle salle de restaurant style début du siècle dernier

Good for the price.
Pros:

Old hotel, very classic style. Like in ex. Yugoslavia. Great old style staff. Low 3 stars. Good breakfast. Worn out interiors that need upgrade.

hotel je ispunio moja pozitivana očekivanja.
Pros:

Doručak standarno dobar,sa zadovaoljavajućim izborom namjernica. Ugodna atmosfera i ljep ambijent.

Cons:

Nemama prigovora osim što se posebno naplaćuje parking 25 eura po danu.
