The restaurant and bar were closed during our stay
La vue sur le lac est magnifique.
Chambre spacieuse, confortable avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un très bon séjour. La vue sur le lac du balcon ainsi que les chaises au bord du lac permettent de se détendre et de profiter encore plus du moment. D'autres petits détails bien pensés dans l'hôtel nous ont permis de passer de bons moments : les livres au coin de la cheminée, la salle de jeu, la piscine, le jacuzzi ...
Nous regrettons de ne pas avoir pu passer plus de temps pour profiter des embarcations sur le lac.

La personne à l'accueil a fait un commentaire négatif que nous avions réservé avec Booking.com. Elle ne semblait pas apprécier.
The location was great and the room was just as pictured.
The staff was mediocre at best; at the desk and in the restaurant. Not super welcoming and cold; I guess this is what a 3 star hotel service is like. We booked this hotel for the indoor pool since other tremblant pools are outdoor yet this indoor pool wasn’t heated which defeated the purpose. A sign on the wall said the pool would be 85 degrees (was actually 70•) and was way too cold for our family to enjoy. We used the hot tub which was very large but cleanliness of the pool/area was subpar.

The hotel is very tired. My wife and I asked if we could get a burger each but were told no as they had a booking for 20 people in 30 minutes. A booking for 20 people in the restaurant meant that other guests could not get a simple meal! Pretty poor show!
Les chambres sont parfaites pour les familles! Les lits sont tous extrêmement confortable. La vue sur le lac est imprenable. J'ai hâte de retourner.
