Pros:

A simpatia e profissionalismo e disponibilidade dos funcionários. Todos excelentes. Belo Staff.
A localização do hotel, muito perto do Museu Nacional Soares dos Reis.

Cons:

O quarto 122, onde fiquei alojada, ouvia- se muito barulho, vindo do terraço do bar. O pequeno almoço do dia 23 , não era dos melhores, fraco . O do dia 24, já era mais completo e com mais frutas frescas.
Estes reparos são só para estarem atentos. Quando viajar até ao Porto, irei escolher novamente esta unidade hoteleira!

Hôtel idéal pour séjourner à Porto
Pros:

L'emplacement proche du centre
Le confort et la propreté de la chambre trèsspacieuse,les équipements, la possibilité de faire des boissons chaudes .
La gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel

Pros:

La camera (junior suite) era davvero spaziosa e luminosa

Cons:

Da una struttura di questo livello mi aspetto piu attenzione ai dettagli in bagno. Il silicone sigillante della doccia era ammuffito e i ganci del “rack” degli asciugamani si staccavano dalla parete

Buen hotel para una preciosa ciudad
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación,habitación muy grande y camas enormes.Buen desayuno .El.personal muy atento.

Keyifli bir otel. Herkese öneririm.
Pros:

Kahvaltısı muhteşemdi. Temiz bir otel. Odalar gayet geniş. Yataklar da çok rahattı.

Cons:

Banyoda lavabo musluğu lavaboya çok yakın. El yıkamayı biraz zorlayabiliyor. Banyoda 2 lavabo, hem duş teknesi hem de ayrıca küvet var. Pek rastlanan bir durum değil. Ama elbette çok kullanışlı oldu.
Merkeze yürüyerek 20 dakikada iniliyor.
