Hotel vieux, equipements abîmés ou ne fonctionnant pas, sale, activités zero. 3 heures pour le check

Le personnel fait ce qu'il peut, mais malheureusement trop de défauts pour arriver à satisfaire les clients.

Cons:

Tout. Les photos sont trompeuses. Comme disait un humoriste, les photos de l hotel c est le projet. Tout est vieux, abîmé, sale. La salle jeux video, c est une blague, rien ne fonctionne. Il nous a fallu attendre 3 heures pour faire le check in, jamais vu cela. 20 minutes à chaque fois pour demander un verre... bref, une catastrophe.

Mucho mejor de lo esperado, pese a malos comentarios de Booking
Pros:

Siempre bajamos al restaurante de la última planta, la comida perfecta, y un comedor tranquilo. Reponían constantemente y todo riquísimo. Todos los días mucha variedad. La limpieza de las habitaciones de la planta segunda, perfecta siempre muy atentos con todo. Al llegar te ayudan en todo.

Cons:

Muy difícil secar las cosas en la habitación y la piscina un poco pequeña.
No me gusta que esté separado la zona infantil, por dos plantas. Con niños de 13 y 3 años...era muy difícil 😂

Regular, si hubieran mejores instalaciones y parkin podria ser una hotel de 10
Pros:

La ubicacion es perfecta, la playa y todo el movimineto de la zona de tiendas, restaurantes , etc.
La zona aun siendo movida no hay mucho galeo de fiestas por la noche y se puede dormir tranquilo.

Cons:

Las instalaciones son viejas y poco mantenidas, las ventanas ni siquiera cierran bien, la ducha vieja, y las zonas comunes pocas y demasiado viejas.
La zona de piscina no tiene casi mobiliario y es dificil coger sitio en sombra ( con lo facil que sería instalar unos toldos o poner mas sombrillas.
Que no tenga parking, es una zona que no dejan circular con el coche y tienes que buscarte la vida con los parkin de la zona y te cobran 25€ día.

Las instalaciones,la cortina del baño??bañera??una mampara y plato de ducha mejor.falta de balcones,es un atraso a la hora de un hotel en la playa.la piscina un engaño,el la foto se veía desde un ángulo y parecía muy grande luego nada super pequeña,el todo incluido????que es eso de 2bebidas por pulsera??por no hablar del mojito que pedí,que coño era eso??de botella hecho si hierba buena ni azúcar ni hielo picado,nada.otra cosa no veo bien,que la gente se lleve los bolsos al comedor y se guarden la comida el tuper y se lleven cucharas,platos etc,hablo de como no y co siempre los gitanos,los que llegan a los sitios y se creen los dueños del lugar,las normas del hotel son para todos y ellos no las cumplen y haciendo lo que quieren y nadie les dice nada,que es por miedo??me rio de ellos,en fin,no recomiendo el hotel a nadie y tiene mucho que mejorar,salvo el personal y la comida que era genial,las señoras que limpiaban las habitaciones que muy bien la verdad

Habitación amplia, con aire acondicionado. Limpieza diaria con cambio todos los días de toallas.
Variedad en el buffet, tanto para los desayunos, comidas y cenas.
Para ser un 3 estrellas no está mal.

Cons:

La piscina infantil cierra muy pronto, a las 19h. Para niños pequeños no está mal, aunque se queda pequeña si hay muchos.
Muy poco personal en recepción, es un hotel muy grande y con una o dos personas en recepción no dan a basto para atender a todo el mundo por lo que se forma mucho follón.

Estancia tranquila en buena ubicación
Pros:

El Buffet fue lo que más nos gustó, todo muy rico y variado, además la bebida estaba incluida. La ubicación es ideal, cercano a la playa y a bares y tiendas, hay mucho ambiente en la zona.

Cons:

Las habitaciones no tienen terraza entonces daba sensación de cerrado y las toallas y bañadores no se secaban.
