La zona de la piscina de arriba estaba bastante sucia, pero en mi opinión era más tema de los clientes que de los trabajadores

Not Ultra All Inclusive, and reception staff very unhelpful. Many better hotels nearby.

Great location and bar and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Advertised on Booking.com as Ultra All-Inclusive but hotel stated it was not Ultra All-Inclusive when we arrived, which is false advertising. Reception staff are very unhelpful and unpleasant. Told us to leave our room as we had only booked for 4 nights when we had actually booked for 7 and cancelled our wrist bands so we couldn't get back in. Took them 3 hours to sort it and they never apologised or admitted it was their mistake. I have stayed here many times over the years, but unfortunately it has gone very downhill and I won't be returning.
