Las instalaciones necesitan una reforma urgente. Solicité una cama doble y quedaron en confirmármelo, pero nunca recibí respuesta para poder decidir si me interesaba alojarme aquí. Al llegar, me encontré con una habitación triple, con tres camas pequeñas separadas por una viga. La limpieza también deja bastante que desear.

Da la sensación de que el hotel ha dejado de preocuparse por la calidad de las instalaciones y la experiencia del cliente. Parece más enfocado en atraer turismo de paso y de fiesta que en ofrecer una estancia cómoda y cuidada. En mi caso, la experiencia ha sido decepcionante y no volveré.

Lo que más me gustó fue la limpieza y la variedad de actividades que tiene para entretener

No me gustó el ascensor, se tardaba muchísimo, y tampoco me gustó la organización del picnic, me pareció fatal, porque nos vacilaban, entregarlo hoy, no entregarlo mañana, avisar antes, luego no hacía falta avisar... En fin .. y lo que nos dieron fue unas galletas maría, una lata de atún, un zumo, una naranja y una manzana, supuestamente me preguntaron si era picnic de desayuno o de comida, y se suponía que era comida, al final termine pagando la comida en la calle porque nos íbamos de excursión, pero del resto no tengo queja.
