Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Palace Catania. L’hôtel est magnifique, idéalement situé et constitue un point de départ parfait pour découvrir la ville. N’hésitez pas à emprunter la rue piétonne pour y accéder en voiture : l’établissement se charge des démarches nécessaires auprès de la police municipale.

Nous tenons surtout à remercier chaleureusement toute l’équipe pour son professionnalisme et sa disponibilité. Suite à un problème de santé de mon épouse, ils ont réussi à nous trouver un ORL à la dernière minute, une aide précieuse que nous n’oublierons pas. Ils ont également accepté de modifier notre réservation sans frais à la suite des perturbations liées à l’éruption de l’Etna, ce que nous avons énormément apprécié.

Un service irréprochable, une équipe exceptionnelle et un établissement à la hauteur de son nom : un véritable palace.

Sehr gutes Hotel in bester Lage. Großartiges Frühstück! Sehr schönes Zimmer. Schönes Rooftop-Restaurant/Bar. Freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Eigentlich alles super. Vielleicht höchstens die sehr überzogenen Preise auf der Rooftop Bar, aber das kam jetzt auch nicht überraschend.
