It was very nice. We liked it very much.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was very good. Breakfast and the breakfast personnel was very nice and kind. Room's location was not very well. It was towards an inner area where the fan of general conditioning system was very lousy and noisy. For this reason we could not open the window of our room.

Cons:

As I said, the windows of some of the rooms (like ours) could not be open due to the loud and noisy environment due to the fans of the common climatic system. This should be solved somehow.

Pros:

The hotel’s location is absolutely perfect — right in the center of Catania, within walking distance of all the main sights. The staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and genuinely eager to help with everything. Everything else was excellent, and we had a great stay!

Cons / Suggestions for improvement:
The only suggestion is for the hotel to inform guests about the logistics in advance. The property is located in a pedestrian-only zone (ZTL). We weren’t warned about this beforehand, which created a bit of a challenge during check-in because we couldn't drive up to the entrance. I had to leave the car, walk to the hotel on foot, and find out how to get access. If the hotel sent out a quick arrival instruction prior to the trip, it would save guests a lot of time and hassle.

What we especially loved:
The hospitality of the staff was truly outstanding. We had a very early departure, and they kindly arranged an early breakfast just for us, which we highly appreciated. And, of course, the location is unbeatable!

Trotz allem: tolles Hotel
Pros:

Die zentrale Lage ist perfekt für die Stadterkundung. Das Restaurant auf dem Dach bietet eine wunderbare 360° Sicht

Cons:

Man hat uns die Kosten für ein Nachtessen und die Citytax zweimal via KK abgerechnet, und nun tut sich das Hotel extrem schwer, den Fehler anzuerkennen und die falsche Zweitbelastung zurückzuüberweisen,
