Fantastic hotel - right on Via Etnea and walking distance to all the good bars and restaurants. Staff were fantastic and couldn’t do enough to help. Would thoroughly recommend

O café da manhã é delicioso com muitas opções e tudo muito gostoso. Atende a todos os gostos. Podem ir tranquilos. A localização do hotel é na Via Etnea, na rua do comércio e de restaurantes, além de ser perto da estação de trem, o que facilita para conhecer Siracusa ou ir para o aeroporto

Great location and great service. This was our first night in Sicily and it was a welcoming place to start. The drive here is tricky with the pedestrian zone but on arrival you just pull up and leave the car and they took it and parked it and brought it right back to you when asked the next morning. The staff were pleasant, the place was clean and the view from our window in the morning was lovely. The location was fantastic and lovely pedestian street that leads to the historic center of Catania. It felt safe into the night. We stayed elsewhere the last night of our trip before flying out and it was bad. Highly reccomend this place.
O hotel tem excelente atendimento. Esqueci uns pertences em outro hotel que foram enviados para esse, tendo sido gentilmente recebidos e armazenados até minha chegada. A localização é perfeita: Na principal rua do centro histórico. O quarto tem tamanho compacto, com boa cama e bom chuveiro com banheira. Tem um lindo rooftop com vista para o Etna.
O café da manhã é fraco e confuso para um hotel 4 estrelas. Oferecem a possibilidade de um café da manhã no rooftop, com o acréscimo de 15 euros por pessoa, que não condiz com a oferta premium. As mesas estavam sujas, a reposição era lenta e só havia uma atendente para receber os hospedes, fazer os preparos, limpar as mesas e repor o buffet.

Great location, we got upgraded to a spacious room with via Etnea view, beautiful bathroom. Everything was excellent.
The bed was very old and squeaky.
