Hôtel de style ancien qui a du charme.
Malgré les efforts du personnel la climatisation n'a fonctionné qu'un court instant. De fait la nuit avec la chaleur a été difficile. La douche aurait également besoin d'un coup de neuf.

Praticamente polvere dappertutto, tv e mini frigo non funzionanti, e pistrelle scollate.
Le côté vintage de l’hôtel.

Proche du centre ville.
Très mauvaise expérience pour une seulel nuit. Chambre (n206) très bruyante et présence de punaises de lit, avec des piqûres et une réaction cutanée importante qui m’a obligé à me rendre à l’hôpital. J’ai malheureusement dû commencer mon séjour en Italie dans ces conditions, sans pratiquement dormir.
La réponse de l’établissement a été très décevante et, à mon sens, de mauvaise foi : malgré les photos et les éléments fournis, ils ont contesté le problème au lieu d’assumer la situation et de proposer une solution satisfaisante.
Hygiène, bruit et gestion de la réclamation inacceptables. Je déconseille fortement cet établissement.

DO NOT EVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL!
Absolutely shocking experience. Just days before my stay, I found multiple very recent reviews reporting bed bugs, including photos of guests covered in bites. I immediately contacted Booking.com to request a free cancellation, but it was refused.
The hotel was even worse. They took my money directly from my card, ignored my repeated emails, and when I called, they simply hid behind their “cancellation policy”. No empathy, no proper response, no attempt to resolve the situation.
In my opinion, the hotel should have been the one calling me and saying: “Please do not come, we are currently dealing with bed bug reports.” Instead, they said nothing, took my money and left me to discover the situation myself. That says everything about how little they care about their guests.
Instead of enjoying my vacation, I had to waste my time repeatedly contacting the hotel and Booking.com trying to solve a problem that should never have been mine to deal with.
The attitude and customer service were absolutely unacceptable.
If you care about hygiene, your money and your peace of mind, DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL — NEVER.
Location was brilliant. View from room. Good base for exploring.
Air conditioning was not working and couldn't be resolve to a good standard, considering weather was hot. Had to empty the water from unit ourselves! But engineer was friendly and empathetic.

Frokosten var veldig enkel, uten noe særlig utvalg. Eggene var overkokte (de hadde grå ring rundt eggeplommen) og det var ikke kjøledisker for melk, juice og youghurt og pålegg. Når det er såpass varmt så burde kjøling være en selvfølge. Rommet var støvete og airconditionanlegget, som fungerte svært dårlig, hadde et tykt lag med støv på støvfilteret (potensiell helserisiko). Avtrekksviften på badet var veldig svak og toalettet var løst (ikke festet i gulvet). Stengeknappen for avløpet til vasken på badet var også defekt slik at vannet ikke rant ut av seg selv. Vi har lest andres erfaringer med dette hotellet der det ble påstått at det er veggdyr på hotellet. Vi opplevde ikke dette under vårt besøk.
