Är du inte så kräsen så passar det perfekt för din visit i Pisa
Pros:

Låg nära det man vill se i Pisa och att dom hade privat parkering. Personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam

Cons:

Att låsanordningen till hotellrumsdörren var trasig så dörren inte stängdes riktigt, ramen till dörren var liksom sprucken så bara en liten knuff hade brutit upp dörren. Dålig dusch, kändes ofräscht och ostädat

The hotel was cute. The location was great. We could walk to the tower. The staff was all great!

Cons:

The bed was not very comfortable and made all sorts of noise every time we moved. Was cooler than outside but didn’t get super cool. No fridge.

Bellissima struttura e perfetta la posizione, struttura storica con affaccio sul lung'arno e in posizione strategica tra stazione e centro

Cons:

Pulizia, ragnatele e blatta in stanza, chiesto di sistemare la televisione senza risultati, chiesti i prodotti da bagno (presenti in descrizione dell'albergo) ma fornito solo sapone. Finestre molto sottili che permettono di sentir tutti i rumori esterni (lavori, movida, traffico, ecc.).

En plena ola de calor, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba. Y si abres la ventana, entre la algarabia de la gente tomando copas y los equipos de limpieza que pasan después… no duermes. Tampoco hay agua caliente… que desde luego, no es necesaria.

Breve soggiorno..
Pros:

La posizione è decisamente il punto di forza: in pieno centro e affacciato sul Lungarno, la collocazione è davvero privilegiata, comoda per raggiungere qualunque attrazione di Pisa. Il personale è disponibile e cortese.

Cons:

Le parti comuni, per quanto vecchie, conservano un minimo di storicità (con un po' di esagerazione nella quantità di oggetti presenti, a volte fatiscenti). La stanza e il bagno hanno bisogno di maggiore cura nei dettagli e di una ristrutturazione: risultano molto vecchi e sembrano sporchi.
Manca il tappetino del bagno, è un dettaglio ma si nota. Non ci sono prese accanto al letto e (nel 2026) risulta difficile non avere un telefono da caricare o un qualunque altro dispositivo, che quindi dovrà essere lasciato dall'altro lato della stanza. L'aria condizionata puzza di muffa e vecchio, così come il bagno.
La colazione è nella media.
Un vero peccato, perché per la posizione in cui si trova e la bellezza del palazzo, basterebbe una ristrutturazione e una pulizia (rimuovendo tanti ninnoli inutili) per far cambiare completamente il look dell'hotel.

Bell'hotel ma necessario un ammodernamento e maggiore insonorizzazione
Pros:

L'hotel è molto bello. E' in pieno centro storico a Pisa. La vista sui lungarni è pazzesca. C'è un ampio garage per parcheggiare il proprio veicolo. L'interno ha tanti oggetti storici d'epoca e c'è un'ampia terrazza dove prendere l'aperitivo. Il personale è molto gentile.

Cons:

L'insonorizzazione è terribile. Purtroppo essendo in pieno centro si sentono rumori di gente che fa baccano anche in piena notte. Il sistema di aria condizionata è da rivedere: non funziona bene, non ha timer e fa molto baccano. La mattina del giorno dopo usciva acqua marrone dal lavandino. Mi dispiace perché l'hotel è molto bello ma necessita di essere ammodernato. La colazione non è niente di che.

Skittent på rommet. Gammelt hus, men fikk inntrykk av lite vedlikehold og lite renhold.
Historisk sus.
Hyggelige og hjelpsomme i resepsjonen.
Lite rydding ved frokosten og lite påfyll av mat der, selve frokosten var ok.

Such a joke for the money I paid.

Everything!!! The aircon didn’t worked properly, the room temperature was 29 degrees constantly. The room was smelly, old with paint falling from the walls. The bathroom was really smelly &water pressure was a joke. I do not recommend this place to anyone travelling to Pisa.

Great stay! Fab location.
