We loved the peaceful location with water views. Simon is delightful!

The nighttime light pollution of our specific unit. Bright lights from the lift outside our unit with no window treatments to block it out. A bright spotlight on the waterside that was shining through the living room window, covered only with shear drapes.

Perfect in every way!
Pros:

The apartment was clean, modern and spacious. The nicest accommodation we stayed in during our 3 weeks in Australia! The location was perfect, just a short walk into town past the marina. Simon, the property manager, could not have been more helpful with many suggestions for tours and restaurants. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Perfectly positioned complex
Pros:

Perfectly positioned with easy access to shops, restaurants and the boardwalk that goes around to Coral Sea Marina. Simon met us on arrival and allowed us to check in early which was greatly appreciated. We had an apartment on level 2 and the view was superb, especially at sunrise. Would definitely stay again the next time we visit the magnificent Airlie Beach.

Fine for our needs. We weren't there most of the time & went out for all our meals except breakfast.
Pros:

Location is good. A little walk to town but trade off is that it is nice and quiet at night time.

Cons:

Bed & pillows were a bit firm for me. Kitchen supplies were minimal and a Nespresso machine would have been appreciated.
