Cons:

Upersonlig mottakelse. En av resepsjonistene var ignorant og visste ikke en gang hvordan man kom til centralstasjonen. Rommet var knøttlite og det var verken gratis te elle kaffe rommet. Ikke en vannkoker. For dyrt for de fasilitetene.

Precio muy bajo para que compres. Luego te "venden" los upgrades para estar cómodo. Error.
Pros:

El hotel está muy cerca de una parada de bus y metro, y relativamente cerca de Södermalm. Esto es bueno si te interesa esa zona. Las zonas comunes están en buen estado, son bonitas y dan buena impresión.

Cons:

Ni la habitación ni la cama son dignas de un 4 estrellas. Contratamos la "compact double-bed" para dos personas.

Nada más llegar el recepcionista nos avisó de que la cama era muy pequeña y que teníamos la posibilidad de pedir un upgrade. Dijimos que "no".

A las 13:30, nuestra habitación estaba lista pero el hotel nos dijo que si queríamos entrar antes de las 15:00 nos tocaba pagar 300 SEK (33 €). Dijimos que "no".

La cama era de 140 cm y estaba encajonada literalmente entre 3 paredes. Es decir, solo se podía acceder por un lado de la cama de forma y manera que la persona que duerme en el interior no puede salir de la cama si no es pasando por encima de su compañero. Como la cama está completamente encajonada por tres lados, solo dispone de una mesita de noche (en el lado exterior).

Ademas, la cama estaba vieja y en mal estado. Era un colchón antiguo de muelles sobre el cual habían puesto una esterilla gorda de espuma (se puede ver en la foto) de forma y manera que la cama se hundía con el peso de dos personas.

El baño era también muy pequeño, y no estaba compartimentado con la ducha. Por tanto cuando te duchas lo mojas todo y luego no puedes entrar al baño sin pisar sobre mojado (ni siquiera haciendo equilibrios).

Great stay… stayed to at least 5 times. Will return.

Location, staff, breakfast, room accommodation

Cons:

No signs at all on floor 2 to direct me to my room, when I checked in after midnight. Room hidden behind conference rooms and in another corridor. Mentioned to staff who were aware and apologetic. Nevertheless, poor. Other guests had same experience.. wandering around aimlessly without any idea where their room was hidden.

Hotel que havia estat bé però que necessita renovació i millors llits i coixins
Pros:

En termes generals està prou bé. La ubicació és bona. L'hotel és una mica antic i es nota però parteix d'un nivell força alt .

Cons:

El llit no era prou ferm, tou, incòmode, feia sorol de molles. Els coixins tampoc estaven bé, molt grans i incòmodes. En el bany, alguns llums no funcionaven.

En arribar ens vàrem trobar amb un llit "queen size" ficat en un racó. Vàrem pagar 20 euros més per nit per anar a una altra habitació en que ell llit i els coixins eren incòmodes i sense massa llum en el bany .

Pros:

La colazione a buffet è molto varia sia per quanto riguarda il cibo dolce che salato . Molto carino l'angolo delle omelette preparate al momento e con possibilità di varie scelte .

Cons:

L'ambiente della colazione molto caotico e dispersivo ,poca attenzione da parte del personale intento a sgomberare velocemente i tavoli per evitare il formarsi di code .

快適でした
Pros:

地下鉄の駅とほぼ直結です。また隣にスーパーマーケットもありとても便利でした。私は仕事で行ったので、観光向けかどうかは分かりませんが、部屋はとても清潔感快適でした。バスタブはないですが、それ以外は全く問題ありません。
また朝食のビュッフェは本当に素晴らしいです。食べ切れないくらいメニューがあります。
レストランの表記はほぼスウェーデン語なので翻訳ソフトを準備したほうが良いと思います。

Cons:

これはこのホテルに限ったことではありませんが、値段が高過ぎます。
