Pros:

We had a family room and it was very spacious. Receptionist was very friendly and recommended some great restaurants. The room was in a good shape, clean, with a coffee machine.

Cons:

We were not made aware of the spa opening hours and ended up missing the opportunity to check it out as it is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. It would have been helpful to know that before going there to find out.

VI hade bokat via Booking ett compact double room med 140 säng, lite trångt.
Pros:

Bra frukost med trevlig personal, vi kom vid 9.30 och då var mkt folk.

Cons:

Se sista frågan men det framgick inte att det var ett rum med 140 säng.

Cons:

Personalen i receptionen verkade vara en skock höns och hade inte rutiner helt klart för sig. Jag var och åt middag på torsdagen i restaurangen. Hade tagit med mig ett nyinköpt svart paraply av god kvalitet, cirka 450kr som jag glömde vid min sittplats som var i soffan. Där vi satt och det var endast ett par till, men de gick innan oss. Direkt på morgonen frågade jag efter det och ingen visste vad det fanns utan hänvisade till receptionen där någon sökte i cirka 20 minuter i ett system för att komma fram till att det inte fanns.
Jag hänvisades till att fråga efter det varje dag och det gjorde jag utan resultat utan endast fick jag genomlida en lång, lång väntetid då letandet i systemet tog tid.Det verkar inte som personalen vet hur man söker effektivt och vilken service man skall ge hotellgästen, dvs det är inte jag som skall springa omkring och förhöra mig hos olika personalkategorier var det kan vara och man fråga sig har det blivit stulet och i så fall av vem???
