Hotel dei Mellini

This hotel was highly recommended to me and definitely met the bar! Room was great, breakfast had TONS of options, and the staff was very helpful. Tizi gave us several recommendations and were fantastic and pleased our entire party of 10 people. I would go back to this hotel for sure!

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Dei Mellini. The apartment-style suite was comfortable and quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel was located on a quiet street but close to everything that we wanted to experience. We would definitely stay their again if we go back to Rome!

Very nice hotel, Vatican is walkable although we are older and found a bit far in the heat. Not far from river and quite close for hop on hop off bus. Staff in hotel very helpful. The breakfast is excellent with plenty of choice. Would definitely recommend it.

Bathroom shower partial door is an inconvenience- water splashes everywhere and have to mop the floor when you get out. Beds seemed way too firm, and the middle seam made the bed slope to the sides

Really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel dei Mellini, rooms were much bigger than expected and lovely and clean. Staff were more than happy to help you in any way. Great place to stay if you want to be close to Vatican City and everywhere else is in walkable distance

The staff were friendly and helpful. They helped us with calling taxis and directions to different areas we wanted to visit. They helped us breakfast was wonderful and the staff there was also very helpful and friendly. Overall stay was wonderful.

This is a clean and comfortable hotel. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Within walking distant of several popular tourist attractions. Many good restaurants nearby. We will stay here again on our next trip.

This hotel is in a good location. Easy walk to Vatican. Lovely square over the river with good choice of restaurants. Roof top is a great place to relax and bar service is excellent. Breakfast is good and plenty of choice. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms very good size and comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel.

Location was very good.

The hotel is well appointed and the rooms are good. Although the hotel is conveniently placed for exploring Rome (as long as you do not mind a bit of walking) it is located in a quiet street which makes for a good nights sleep. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis and the breakfast was good - continental and 'bacon, eggs, sausages available. I read that there was also food available at the bar but we did not sample this. All in all a great hotel.

The Hotel Dei Mellini is a gem in the heart of the Vatican section of Rome! The staff was very attentive from the front desk to the bell hop. The room was large and comfortable. Very nice to return to after a long day of sight-seeing. The entire hotel was spotless and very clean. The atmosphere was upscale modern with a touch of old world charm. The dinner recommendations were excellent and did not disappoint. We would definitely return and stay again.

A very comfortable hotel in our favorite area of Prati in Rome. The rooms are clean, quiet, comfortable, well-equipped with a great bed. We appreciate the appropriate pricing and value for a 4 star hotel. The staff are very helpful for arranging taxis for us, particularly the very early one to the airport!

Greeted with exceptional care, attentiveness, ready to serve us, clean, phenomenal breakfast , comfortable bed. We missed the pillow menu, be sure to ask.
Remarkable hard working people, with gracious attitudes. Location excellent, hop on hop off bus #6 stop 10-15 minute walk, angel bridge, “Pops” desserts, local restaurants fabulous!!

We arrived from the US after a long flight and the driver took us to Hotel Dei Mellini. Everyone was very welcoming and the room was beautiful. The location is great and close to the Vatican. Next morning's breakfast in the hotel was wonderful. Then it was off to our cruise ship. It was so easy to pay for the driving service through the hotel. We would definitely stay there again - only more than one night.

Hotel Dei Mellini was home away from home in a gorgeous country. The service was wonderful, warm, rooms were clean and welcoming. We would absolutely stay at this lovely hotel again when we return to Rome! We were given a fantastic dinner recommendation by staff after we came in from a long day of traveling, that was quaint and absolutely delicious, Visconti 2.0. The morning breakfast buffet was outstanding and Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel Dei Mellini, we will be back! Grazie Mille!

2 night sat in this beautiful hotel. Close to the station so great location. Room, service and facilities were great as were the staff and breakfast.
