Pros:

The hotel is excellent value for money, ideally situated a moments walk away from the beach and close to the marina. The pool area is large, with plenty of room around both pools. The hotel is well maintained and spotless throughout, while the bedrooms are well sized and well equipped. The refurbishment to the bar and restaurant have really made a difference and all staff were friendly. Our hotel of choice when visiting Vilamoura.

Accommodation was great, and room was always well serviced, just a pity about the noisy neighbours!
Pros:

Room (junior suite) was a great size and had a reasonably well-equipped kitchen. Staff were generally helpful and manager made a point of welcoming us on arrival. Breakfast was fine (especially appreciated the egg station for a made-to-order omelette!), if a bit of a scrum if you didn't avoid busy times - suppose this just goes with the territory.

Cons:

Not within the control of the hotel, but we had moved from an apartment on the marina to avoid the noise at night (and early hours of the morning) and were slightly disappointed about the Puro beach club across the road from the hotel pumping out quite loud techno music for much of the day, though to be fair it only ever seemed to last until early evening.

Didn't affect us to any great degree, but we thought it was a bit strange that the pool bar never seemed to be open at any time throughout our stay (in late June??!).

Cons:

La habitación, el gimnasio sin aire acondicionado y las máquinas sin engrasar, los ascensores rotos continuamente , las tostadoras del desayuno antiquísimas sin funcionar bien y las toallas de la piscina parecen papel de fumar y pequeñísimas.
