I would rate my stay 8/10
Pros:

The Staff were helpful and the place was very clean. The hotel did represent a high 4 star rating.

Cons:

Three times different door keys failed and I had to get it sorted which was very frustrating going back and forth.

Pros:

Location. Nice big foyer .

Cons:

Rooms are so basic.balcony needed to be cleaned entertainment at night not suitable for children which were nearly the only ones there.only local brandy in bar.no branded like Hennessy.no kettle or cups in room.big deal a bottle 500ml water and two pears compliments from the horel

The hotel was right on the beach, which was great,

Cons:

They tried to put us into a room that was not what we’ve booked for, but they did change it

Pros:

Location and facilities were excellent

Cons:

I booked on booking.com for two people but hotel claimed it was for one person only. HD to pay more as a result. Either booking.com or hotel did a trick to charge more! Watch out!

Pros:

Just a few metres from the beach. If you’re not expecting a proper 4-star hotel, the place is decent (though more like a good 2-star or an average 3-star).

Cons:

Dusty carpet in the corridors; the rooms also have partial carpeted flooring;
Access to the spa and gym must be booked in advance every day (open only 9-20) , worn-out pool equipment, the parasols had to be closed in the afternoon because they were poorly made and couldn’t withstand the wind, breakfast lacked variety.

A tip for the hotel: it would be better to remove the two chairs and the table from the room, as there isn’t enough space and they end up squeezed into the corner between the wall and the French windows, making it impossible to step out onto the balcony or use the table and chairs.
