A good value for money hotel with accent on cleanliness and good food quality.
Pros:

Me and my wife liked the location a lot and the hotel facilities are great. Really like the cleanliness of every space and our room being cleaned every day!

Food was also great and quality and the different themed dinner every night is great!

Cons:

Then only detail is the room that we got was more close to the bus station so we could hear quite often the beeping of the busses however no trouble sleeping as they stop at night.
Beds could also be in some rooms as double beds rather than 2 united. Also when we made the check in, we found the receptionist not very nice towards us, maybe she just had a hard day.

Cons:

We had a cockroach problem, the staff (the manager also) didn’t try to help us, the cleaning staff however was really nice and helpful, we were very disappointed by our room, not like the pictures.

I already left a rave review last year. This year, everything was wonderful again! It’s a great hotel with a convenient location near the bus station (it’s easy to get there from the airport and then travel around the island, including to Mount Teide), close to the best water park, Siam, and just a 5- to 10-minute walk to the beach. The staff is wonderful—best wishes to Elizabeth and Stanislav. We opted for half-board again—the food was delicious! It’s clean and the staff is polite. And it’s really nice that they wish you a happy birthday.

Pros:

Výborná poloha hotela, blízko autobusovej stanice, ktorú sme často využívali. Každý večer hrala hudba, ktorá spríjemňovala naš bobyt. Personál bol veľmi milý a ústretový. Skvelé jedlo, tématické večere, vždy bolo z čoho vyberať. Hotel má výborných kuchárov,veľmi sme si pochutili. Izby boli každý deň upratované milými upratovačkami. Bola to super dovolenka, ďakujeme 🙂..

Cons:

Všetko bolo výborné, nič nám nechýbalo.

Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, szívesen visszatérnénk.
Pros:

Nagyon kedvesen fogadtak bennünket. Volt lehetőség a csomagmegőrző használatára, mely igen nagy segítség volt számunkra az érkezés és a távozás napján is. A reggelinél széles választék volt. Külön előny hogy az allergének fel voltak tüntetve. (Péktermékeknél ez hiányzott, érdemes lenne ott is jelölni). A szoba nagyon jól felszerelt tágas volt. Az erkélyt kifejezetten szerettük. Az ágy nagyon kényelmes volt. A takarítással is elégedett voltunk. plusz előny hogy a szoba egy külső folyosóról nyílik így privátabb érzést kelt.

Cons:

Használatból fakadó 1-2 kisebb de látványos sérülés volt a szobán. pl.: wc papír tartó lötyögött.
Allergének feltüntetése a péktermékeknél is fontos lenne.

1er jour Chambre réservée deux moi à l’avance indisponible lors du Check in. Changement de chambre
2ème jour changement de chambre avec une autre pleine de cafards qui circulent sur nos visages la nuit, changement de chambre à 4h du matin
3ème jour retour à la chambre avec l’odeur du traitement anti cafard…………..

I was really disappointed with my stay due to certain facilities OUT OF ORDER, the facilities that are also there no.1 selling point, the reason why we booked - for them gorgeous views over looking tenereife in the hot tub / jaccuzi located on the top floor which was OUT OF ORDER there was no information and disclaimer to let us know this prior to booking the hotel. So the reason we booked this hotel, was ruined. Staff were unhelpful and didn’t care, also music is meant to be played on a delay basis and not once was there any music, I had to ask politely for reception to turn the music on as other guests were also confused to why no music especially in an adults only hotel u would expect music

We left at 4am on our first night in the property!
Cons:

Aircon was broken, staff were not helpful. We were given a portable aircon unit that only worked if you kept ur balcony door open!! Hotel staff didn’t seem to see anything wrong with that? and not giving us refund! Don’t stay there

Wonderful
Pros:

Amazing hotel, exceeding our expectations. Staff is friendly, always smiling and helpful. The hotel is perfectly clean, tasteful, location very advantegous. The food was SUPERB. Best meals we ever had on a vacation. Such a wide range of choices, everything absolutely delicious.

Cons:

Just two small things: as a couple the beds were sometimes a bit uncomfy because they were two seperate ones pushed together, but they had wheels and sometimes they started moving around. My boyfriend fell between them once :D
Water in the shower stall drained very slowly.
