Tesisin temizliği ve çalışanların ilgisi ve konum olarak metro,tramvay duraklarına ,alışveriş mağazalarına ,yeme-içme ve marketlere çok yakın olması avantajlıydı.

Cons:

Odalar her gün temizleniyor havlular değişiyor fakat her gün odaya şişe su konmuyordu.
