Hotel was amazing, staff were super friendly. I booked with breakfast and the breakfast was very nice - mostly cold meats and some sausages and eggs. Bed was comfy, and overall the room was very clean and perfect for a short stay
The staff were absolutely fantastic throughout the stay and were very kind.
Check in and out was super easy and completely self service.
The only thing that was a bit of an inconvenience more than anything was that it is close to a busy road and tram line. This meant throughout the night there was a lot of road noise. My room was on the first floor so unfortunately even with the windows closed you could still hear traffic etc - however this didn't prevent me from sleeping thankfully but might for someone who is a light sleeper. My friend who was on the 5th floor had no traffic noise when they had their window closed so something to consider!

Sehr freundliches Personal, toller Service, sehr sauber, zentrale Lage, 10 Minuten zum Bahnhof zu Fuss, auch zur Königsallee und zur Altstadt gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Hotel verfügt auch über eine kleine Hotel Terrasse, wo man am Abend auch draußen in gemütlich Atmosphäre sitzen kann. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel und können es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

How accessible it was and how nice the staff were
Das Personal ist super freundlich und die Laage ist gut. Man ist schnell fußläufig bei den Geschäften und der Bahnhof war auch nur ca. 15 Minuten weg. Trotzdem war das Zimmer ruhig und Straßengeräusche haben wir nicht wahrnehmen können.
Das Zimmer ist mit dem wichtigsten ausgestattet. Allerdings ist die Matratze sehr dünn und bei genauerem hinsehen, sah man einige Stellen wo Flecken waren und abgeplatzt Farbe an den Wänden/ Decke. Bei der Dusche lief leider immer das Wasser raus, da die Dichtung zu kurz war und der Föhn ist vorhanden, aber in der Nutzung sehr unbequem. Zudem gab es keinen Klorollenhalter und man musste sich immer hinter sich drehen um das Toilettenpapier von einer Ablage über der Toilette zu erreichen.
