Dirty, sticks, dated. Needs to be shut down and refurbished

The only good thing about this property is location.

Cons:

Dated, dirty, broken lifts, dirty furniture. Just terrible. Supposed to be 4 starts and I would give 1 start to this place. Seriously need to look at what you offering. Faldo advertising. Really bad. Will be writing official complaint

Tuvimos problemas con las tarjetas de la habitación cada vez que queríamos entrar, 4 días así, y la solución vino el último día
La cocina muy escasa de menaje
El primer día no limpiaron la habitación
El gimnasio sin ventilación, sin funcionar el aire acondicionado (lo dijimos en recepción, sin cambios al respecto), con una elíptica que no funciona, y muy poco material, nos juntamos 4 a la vez y no había material suficiente, muy muy justito, ¡Hay que renovarse!

Todo perfecto, el aqua gim de las 12 fue super divertido, el complejo maravilloso, el personal de 10 y sobretodo la recepcionista de las mañanas (la joven)un amor de 100

La luz del baño para maquillarse un poco floja por decir algo porque estaba todo perfecto

La habitación decía que tenía aire acondicionado y no funcionaba, se negaron a cambiarnos de habitación y mandaron a un técnico q no sabía ni agarrar un destornillador un desastre hacía mucho calor ni dormir pudimos, no lo recomiendo
