Buena ubicación y personal amable. Instalaciones y mobiliario anticuado.

Pros:

Lo mejor es la ubicación, y en nuestro caso la comodidad que fuese apartamento para preparar nuestras cosas para la playa. Tienen muchos servicios y ambiente si es lo que buscas está bien, nosotros no tuvimos tiempo de aprovecharlo.

Cons:

El hotel es antiguo, le hace falta una renovación en los apartamentos. Las camas son incomodas y una de ellas se hundía por el somier en mal estado, nos lo "repararon" pero había que sentarse con cuidado. La cocina es escasa y con un extractor de los que ya no se fabrican.

Gentilezza di tutto lo staff e appartamenti dotati di ogni cosa necessaria, come ad esempio il detersivo dei piatti.

Cons:

La struttura è un po' datata ma questo piccolo difetto è compensato da tutti i servizi, dallo staff e dell'ottima posizione!

L’emplacement était pratique pour accéder à divers transports, plage , restaurants. Personnels très agréables

Cons:

L’acoustique, impossible de dormir au delà de 7h du matin malheureusement par les charriots et bruit d’ascenseur, les meubles des autres étages.

Peu d’insonorisation .. heureusement l’hôtel n’était pas plein mais nous entendions les voisins ouvrir leur gel douche et tous les matins les lits traînés par le personnel du ménage

Comodità relax e mare
Pros:

È una bella struttura adatta a tutte le persone di qualsiasi età. Tra piscine e spiagge a pochi passi attraversando tutto il resort si ha una bellissima spiaggia con mare cristallino tranquillo.
Animazione e attività divertenti durante mattina pomeriggio e sera. Per chi arriva senza macchina la fermata del bus e all'ingresso del resort in pochi minuti sei al centro Ciutadella. Distanza 2 km.
L'appartamento nostro avevo tutto il necessario.

Cons:

La stanza forse un pò piccola per 4 persone. Ci voleva qualche sedia in più alla tavola da pranzo perché ce n'erano solo due.
( ma c'è da dire che avevo sbagliato a prenotare sbalgiando il numero degli ospiti e quindi modificando all'ultimo momento non è stato possibile darmi una stanza più grande). Quindi la colpa è mia.

Dated, dirty, broken lifts, dirty furniture. Just terrible. Supposed to be 4 starts and I would give 1 start to this place. Seriously need to look at what you offering. Faldo advertising. Really bad. Will be writing official complaint
