Pros:

Vid incheckningen var personalen inte särskilt trevliga eller ”service minded”, vilket var ett väldigt dåligt första intryck av hela hotellet, trevlig och glad är det minsta en bör kunna vara. Dock var personalen vid utcheckningen väldigt trevliga och glada, vilket vägde upp en del.

Jättegod frukost. Sköna sängar.

Cons:

Var tvungen att ange när man skulle äta frukost dagen innan. Då jag är på semester vill man kunna sova ut och inte hålla exakta tider. Receptionisten som tog emot oss verkade tro att hennes uppgif var att se bra ut, inte vara trevlig. Hon krävde att vi angav tid då vi skulle äta frukost exakt på halvtimman. Inget annat att jaga på men första intrycket var inte positivt.

Var tvungen att boka tid då man ville äta frukost dagen innan. Förstörde känslan att ha semester. Detta är dessutom det första personen i receptionen informerar om. Inget trevligt första intryck. I övrigt väldigt nöjd
