Excelente hotel, muy cercano y amable
Pros:

Las atenciones del hotel para conmigo fueron muy positivas, pase mi cumpleanos en sus instalaciones y tuvieron detalles especiales

Cons:

Creo que puede mejorar la comida que ofrecen, puede ser mas variada y de mayor estilo portugues la gastronomia del pais es muy buena.

Having been for 5 years this had gone down hill which is a shame

Location is fabulous

Cons:

Staff were unhelpful, couldn’t speak English. There were never any staff on the bar. Reception staff were aloof

Tudo, é um paraíso imperdível. O pequeno almoço é divinal, realmente merece todas as estrelas possíveis.

Cons:

A única coisa mesmo que gostamos menos foi o facto de se conseguir ouvir barulho dos corredores e dos quartos de cima. O isolamento de som não é o melhor, mas não é algo que nos faça dar uma opinião negativa. Os hóspedes eram civilizados e não faziam barulho, apenas os conseguíamos ouvir abrir e fechar portas, caminhar, arrastar alguma cadeira… coisas assim, nada extremo.

Fantastic adults only hotel
Pros:

This hotel is by far one of the best I've been too the staff are fantastic, and the cleanliness is second to none rooms cleaned daily. The place is in a very quiet area ideal for a peaceful holiday but also a short taxi ride from the old town and new town. Breakfast is superb and the staff in the restaurant are very good also bar staff brilliant can't comment on evening meal as only had B&B. Will definitely be booking to go again great adults only hotel really enjoyed our visit. Thank you vila gale

Very relaxing stay in an excellent small intimate hotel
Pros:

Well appointed hotel with friendly helpful staff in a good location next to the beach.
The pool and sun bed areas are excellent and the spa facilities were fine.
Breakfast offering was very good.

Cons:

Shower in the room was a bit disappointing.
Hotel was a bit further away from centre of Albufeira than we imagined

Lovely staff, clean facilities
Pros:

The staff was just wonderful. They were helpful and so friendly. The hotel is a great size for what we were looking for - a quiet holiday by the beach. I'm sure some people would call it small, but I thought it was perfect. It was also exceptionally clean - from the rooms, to the bar and restaurant to the spa. And speaking of the spa - it was also really great! We had excellent massages and facials and then lounged in the sauna and indoor jet pool. The whole stay at Vila Galé was really wonderful. We had a great time!

Cons:

I wish the jet pool in the spa was heated. But that's my only complaint! We loved everything else!
