La habitación muy cómoda (Con balcon), el hotel limpio, acogedor, la piscina muy bien, por ser temporada baja pudimos usar la alberca de los arcos y eso mejoro muchísimo la estadía, las instalaciones son grandiosas, la atención del personal es excelente! El todo incluido aunque hay que moverse de hotel no es problema porque la zona es tranquila y bonita. La ubicación es grandiosa, todo queda caminando, recomendado.
Seria grandioso el poder hacer uso de la alberca de los arcos en cualquier temporada aún que sea temporada alta.

The Air conditioning worked really well. There were lots of pillows on the bed
The bed was very hard.. The bathroom sink drain was broken. The way the hotel is designed, you could hear every door being shut. They need to put something on the door frames to soften the closing sound. This is an adult hotel, yet guest were not allowed except in the lobby???? I ran into a friend I had not seen in a long time. I could not bring them to my room? We are expected to sit in an unairconditioned lobby??? That is unacceptable. I will never stay there again. As an adult i do not expect to be treated like a child who can not make their own decisions. This fact needed to be in the hotel description before I booked it not after.

Room was exceptionally clean and comfortable for one night. A little small if I was spending more than one night there.
There was a rather big step up into the bathroom. We were disappointed that the very beautiful bar area at the rooftop pool was not open. Would have been lovely to sit and have a drink while watching the sunset!

La alberca siempre hermosa y los meseros del restaurante siempre listos para atenderte de la mejor forma.
El personal de recepción muy poco amigables, sali un poco tarde y me cobraron una penalizacion siendo que alegaron al usar el todo incluido situacion que no sali del cuarto, la comida era deliciosa en anteriores estancias hoy en dia bajaron su calidad de sabor e ingredientes para su preparación.
La alberca, tiene una vista muy linda y es cómoda
Las habitaciones (205 & 201) y me gustó la alberca arriba.
En el plan todo incluido los cócteles si dejan un poco que desear.

no es q no me guste pero el concepto del bar q tenían hace 25 años estaba muy padre y acogedor.

Para la opción Todo incluido, no sé si la recomendaría, creo que no. Al menos no en este hotel, y es que para las comidas y bebidas incluidas, había que ir al hotel los Arcos, ubicado a una cuadra peeeeeero, no tenías permitido usar la alberca de ahí!!! Entonces imagínense, había que comer y beber ahí pero para la alberca te tenías que regresar al otro hotel. Obviamente esto es una mala experiencia para el cliente. Sin embargo, una alternativa era pedir un camastro en la playa, una buena playa además, y ahí pedir tu comida o bebidas, eso compensó un poco lo otro. Si no toma la opción Todo incluido, supongo es buena opción, por la ubicación y un precio relativamente accesible
