The hotel itself is small, but beautiful, inside and out. The huge tree that makes its way up the staircase to the wonderful rooftop pool area is amazing. We were pleasantly surprised the rooftop bar was open, as we were told it wouldn't be. Staff was great, and walking to Los Arcos Beach Resort for food was easy.
Pools open at 10am, which is a bit late for some. Had to get my room key cards reprogrammed a number of times.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Casa Doña Susana, and it was a wonderful experience. This beautiful hotel offers the perfect blend of coziness and stunning beauty.
Our room was very welcoming and cozy, providing a great space to relax. We also thoroughly enjoyed the hotel’s swimming pool, which was a lovely spot to unwind.
A definite highlight was the food. We had delicious meals in the restaurant, which tasted even better thanks to the incredible views. Watching the ocean and the breathtaking sunsets from there was truly magical and one of our favorite parts of the whole trip.
The beautiful location was made even better by the excellent service. We want to give a special mention to Antonio from the reception desk for his professionalism and welcoming attitude. He made our check-in and stay very smooth.
We highly recommend Casa Doña Susana to anyone visiting Puerto Vallarta and look forward to returning!

La habitación muy cómoda (Con balcon), el hotel limpio, acogedor, la piscina muy bien, por ser temporada baja pudimos usar la alberca de los arcos y eso mejoro muchísimo la estadía, las instalaciones son grandiosas, la atención del personal es excelente! El todo incluido aunque hay que moverse de hotel no es problema porque la zona es tranquila y bonita. La ubicación es grandiosa, todo queda caminando, recomendado.
Seria grandioso el poder hacer uso de la alberca de los arcos en cualquier temporada aún que sea temporada alta.
