Rooftop area is really nice and quiet. Our room had balcony facing the a quiet street. We were able to rest relax and enjoy a peaceful vacation.
When we wanted more action we would take a short walk to the malecón or to zona romántica bars and night clubs.
We had a blast and every day met new cool vibes ppl.
This hotel is adult only but you can also access all amenities of los arcos hotel .
I definitely recommend this hotel for the zona romántica area.

Que no funcione el bar de la alberca del 4 piso aún que sea un par de horas deberían poner un horario para disfrutar más
Un poco más de cuidado en las áreas para adultos y niños, solo un poco de cuidado pero todo exelente

Food and the service at restaurant it's not good cookers are not friendless working with extress.
Es muy callado, muy cómodas las habitaciones, buena ubicación, muy agusto la alberca, y como no hay familias, es perfecto para descansar.
Lo malo es q el todo incluido, lo q viene siendo comida y bebidas debes ir a las instalaciones del otro hotel para poder consumir, y aunque te dicen q puedes rellenar termos o así, es muy incomodo ya q si estas en la alberca hay q bajar 4 pisos, caminar media cuadra ir a rellenar, o pedir snacks y regresar. Y la comida del buffet estaba mala, en varias ocasiones tuve q dejar platillo entero porque estaba muy malo

La habitación es demasiado pequeña
It was pretty quiet. It was near the beach which we absolutely loved. Alexander one of the staff members was always greeting us and very friendly. The pool was perfect and very cool, not too cold.
The constant rain and the refridgerator was not very stable. It rocked a little bit when go to open it.

Le lieu, le personnel sauf la personne à l'accueil à partir de la fin de l'après-midi début de soirée qui n'était pas aidant en regard de nos besoins. La piscine sur le toit, très agréable avec l'ombre de gros arbre. L'accès à la mer vraiment proche et la possibilité d'avoir une serviette et chaise compris avec notre hébergement.
Chambre très petite, pas vraiment de place pour les valises. Pas comme les photos. Le manque d'aide de l'employé du soir pour régler le tout alors qu'il y avait d'autres chambres standard de libre et plus grande.

The location is perfect! Just a block from the beach and so close to everything you would want or need. The rooms are lovely and I appreciate that it is adult only.

Rooms a little bit dated there’s a big step from the bathroom into the bedroom. That’s really easy to miss. I love the pool however, the plexiglass they put up around the pool needs to be cleaned because it obstructs the limited view of the ocean.
