Cómodo y muy bien ubicado

I can't believe I paid full price for 1/2 service
Pros:

We where expecting what was said to be in room. We didn't have half of what was published.

Cons:

I didn't like the false advertisement. Simply not ok.

falta de cuidado en la habitación

Me gusto la cercanía a la playa y la zona en general, la alberca del hotel y la zona común, en especial la alberca de casa doña susana

Cons:

he visitado los 3 hoteles, playa los arcos, casa doña susana y ahora los arcos suites y este esta muy descuidado, la habitación era la 306 las almohadas olian a humedad, el sofa cama era muy dificil de desdoblar la puerta del baño no cerraba bien por las bisagras y lo hinchado de la puerta, cuando llegamos parecia que no se habia hecho muy bien la limpieza tanto la mesa de la habitación como la de la terraza estaban muy sucias

Great location and facilities
Pros:

The staff were really lovely, Antonio, on reception made me feel like we were already friends! He was so kind and helpful, had some great recommendations and made me feel right at home. As a solo traveller this is important! The pool was nice to chill out by, in the evenings it was very quiet and secluded. You have the use of all 3 hotels on the same block so one pool was great for mornings, one was great for the beach loungers and this was great for the evening. It was mostly clean with no bugs! Great location!

Cons:

The rooms are simple and effective. Not cosy enough to spend much time in but perfect for sleeping and showering. Could be cleaner.... It was very expensive for what you got. I would happily stay again if it was less than 100 CAD a night, but it was too expensive at what it was

Pro's:
Great location! 2 minute walk to main hotel and beach, used their pools and beach club (loungers and umbrella)
Large room with sperate living and kitchen area.
Pool was a good size and almost always empty.
Aircon was fabulous.
Service was magnificent. Staff were above and beyond friendly.
Gold status got us free breakfast daily and 1 15 minute massage.

Cons:
Outside light usually on, room was pretty lit up even with curtain.
Hotel is a bit dated but clean, bed was so-so comfy, manageable.
Bugs in pool because of beautiful vine wall.. but would benefit from additional daily skimming throughout the day.
No privacy doorhanger, and we gave the cleaning ladies a show ;)

Pros:

The hotel was in the malecón area so there were so many food options and had access to a beach. The hotel allows you to use seats on the beach as an included benefit. The food however was not good at all. So you will definitely need to purchase your own food off site. The drinks were also not good. The hotel could have been cleaner and we saw two small roaches in our room when we stayed. The proximity to everything is the big plus here.

NO HOT WATER IN 4 DAYS, NO FOOD OR DRINKS AVAILABLE, YOU HAVE TO WALK TO THEIR OTHER HOTEL.. I PAID FOR "HAVE ALL INCLUSIVE " @ LEAST HAVE A MINI BAR, COFFEE@ ROOM .
