One of the Best Hotel Stays in Myrtle Beach!

I had an excellent stay at the Wingate by Wyndham Myrtle Beach at the Outlets. The rooms were extremely clean, modern, and comfortable, and you can tell the property has been recently renovated. Everything had a fresh, updated feel that made the stay even more enjoyable.

The staff was outstanding—extremely professional, friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. Their level of customer service really stood out and made me feel welcomed throughout my stay.

I’m in the top 10 percentile of lodging reviewers on Google, so I’ve experienced and reviewed quite a few hotels, and this property definitely impressed me. For anyone visiting the Myrtle Beach area, I would highly recommend staying here. If you’re looking for a clean, modern hotel with a professional and caring staff, this is absolutely a place to consider.

Lost money, only stayed 1 night but was charged for 2 nights.
Pros:

Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Had to leave the hotel because my traveling party we going to be charged for smoking but they went outside to smoke and they left the hotel in favor of another location.

Terrible staff at location!
Pros:

Front desk woman was very rude! My daughter had an emotional support dog that couldn’t stay with us. She found a friend to stay with but staff didn’t believe us and wouldn’t let my wife and I stay. We paid for two nights and weren’t allowed to stay! No refund.
