Der Aufenthalt war sehr gelungen. Ich würde das Hotel wieder buchen.
Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und die Zimmer waren sehr sauber

Es gab keinen Safe und es war ziemlich laut von der Straße

Pros:

We've stayed there now twice and there are some stuff members that are okay, but I have to say that the morning gentleman was extremely helpful and so pleasant to work with. We can't wait to come back again in December

Cons:

The water pressure in the shower wasn't great, but I'm going to blame that on our wonderful Governor. Newsom. The worst thing about the room is it takes a few hours to cool down to an acceptable level!!! We wished that there was a fan available the last two times we were there so obviously I have to bring my own.

Cons:

Siamo dovuti scappare 5 minuti dopo il check-in. Terribile puzza di birra e di maryuana nel corridoio e nella stanza. Siamo scesi nella hall per chiedere spiegazioni e non ci hanno aperto la porta perché dicevano che avevano chiuso alle 21 (erano le 21.03). Anche provando a dire il problema da dietro la porta a vetri si sono rifiutati di aprirci e di darci un supporto. Immagino che fossero al corrente di ciò visto che non hanno fatto nulla. Siamo stati costretti a lasciare le chiavi davanti la porta chiusa della reception e andare via a cercare un altro hotel. Non hanno neanche concesso il rimborso. Comportamento indecente

Great Location to hit the San Fran highlights
Pros:

The location was great. We came into town by car and it was great to be able to safely park the car for the two days we were there and easily catch a bus to anywhere in the city you needed to go. There was a nice street a few blocks away with restaurants and shops.

Cons:

One side was under construction and it was weird for workers to be on the scaffolding right outside your window but that cant be helped!

Cómodo y funcional para un par de noches en San Francisco
Pros:

La habitación y el baño eran muy amplios y estaba todo muy limpio.
Ubicación excelente. Cerca del Palace of Fine Arts, Lombard Street y Golden Gate.
Importante que cuente con parking privado y gratis para los huéspedes.

Cons:

El señor que nos atendió cuando hicimos el check in fue bastante antipático. Parecía que le molestaba estar en la recepción atendiendo a los clientes. Nos cobró 150$ sin apenas explicarnos para qué era ese cobro. Le tuvimos que preguntar e insistir que nos lo explicara. Simplemente con decir que era algo que hacían de manera habitual y que si al marcharnos estaba todo bien en la habitación , se nos devolvería el importe, era suficiente, pero parecía que nos estaba haciendo un favor por recibirnos. Por suerte la chica que estuvo el día que nos fuimos fue muy amable y nos explicó todo correctamente.

La posizione

Cons:

Il servizio del parcheggio richiesto e pagato come upgrade si è rivelato sotto le aspettative. Le automobili presenti riempivano interamente i parcheggi custoditi, obbligandoci a lasciare l’auto all’aperto e dovendo ogni giorno cercare un nuovo posto, spesso con difficoltà di manovra.
Il servizio di pulizia doveva essere richiesto entro il pomeriggio entro un certo orario del giorno precedente, rendendo spesso difficile organizzarsi.
Il deposito bagagli il giorno del check out è risultato a pagamento, mentre spesso è gratuito, e soprattutto è stato richiesto il pagamento cash, obbligandoci a ritirare soldi in una città dove ovunque si paga con carta
