Room was very basic no fridge no storage apart from a small wardrobe breakfast was terrible Room was tiny I'd say the hotel is 1 step up from the travel Lodge

Comfortable, friendly clean place to stay in Waterford
Pros:

Spacious room, nice, modern decor.
Friendly and efficient staff @ check-in and also super helpful when my wife took ill in the morning
Parking not a problem
Room and bed were very comfy

Cons:

Breakfast was OK but not lots of choice and some of the hot food wasn't great, especially the pancakes, which were poor.
Coffee machine had very limited options

Not even a 2 star hotel
Pros:

Breakfast was average

Cons:

Location it is in an Industrial estate. Staff mostly unfriendly. Not a 4 star hotel. Most premier inns are better. No facilities other than bed and breakfast. One of staff in bar is in the wrong career and shoukd never be allowed in a customer facing role

Basic friendly hotel in a busy industrial area.
Pros:

Staff very friendly and breakfast basic but adequate.

Cons:

Location is in an industrial area, full of car repairs & car showrooms. Hotel picture very well taken to keep all other activities out of shot.

Pros:

Staff were amazing and so helpful. Whatever we asked for we recieved. The seevice was amazing.

Cons:

I was with a person with a disability and the footpath into the hotel reception which was high for my friend . Also the walk in shower had a step which she struggled with. We were in a superior double and single bedroom . It was a bit tight as she had a walker.

Comfortable bed and large big rooms and good parking.
Pros:

The rooms were big
We got adjoining rooms which really helped with our family.
Very clean and stylish. It was quiet as well

Cons:

The showers we’re not good water pressure.
The restaurant on site was very mediocre food with really bad service. Its location is also in a busy area.

Pros:

The hotel and rooms were very clean and lived up to our high standards and expectations. A tastefully decorated and furnished place. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Air-conditioning would have been really useful in the summer heat! A fan was provided in the room, but it wasn't really sufficient to cool down the room for a comfortable sleep. The bacon was rather too salty and there were only two juice options for breakfast.
