Todo ok
Una cama muy cómoda
Atención pésima , como que no les interesa el cliente , total ya está ahí .
La TV pésima experiencia por favor!!! Hay personas que nos gusta ver TV . Deberían tener TV más modernas . No podía abrir Netflix o Youtube .

Superb Breakfast with local food. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious. The hotel is within a walking distance from the great restaurants and bars of El Chico
The Spa included one sauna, and even that sauna did not work properly (the door was broken so it could never really get hot)

Las instalaciones comunes se ven muy modernas y el personal es especialmente atento y amable. Tanto en recepción como en el desayuno, todo el personal me pareció que brindaban una atención excepcional. El desayuno también bastante completo
Las habitaciones un poco antiguas, hacía frío y nos dieron un calefactor que consiguió calentar la habitación pero creo que este servicio así no corresponde a un 5 estrellas y de un NH collection. El agua de la ducha salía fría y había que esperar mucho para conseguir que saliera algo templada. No tenía enchufes universales, un poco raro a día de hoy en una cadena internacional y tampoco tenían en recepción un adaptador para dejar. En definitiva, muchos detalles que hacen que no corresponda a un hotel 5 estrellas.
La ubicación
El servicio al cliente cuando uno llega es pésimo. No tiene baño de acceso rápido . Me dieron habitación sin tina, y les escribí solicitándola.
Ottima posizione, e struttura. Buon ristorante sempre disponibili alle richieste, peccato chiuda solo alle ore 22. Camere silenziose e comode, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo
