Posizione, camera spaziosa e luminosa, buona colazione

Cons:

Il ceck-in alle 14 siamo arrivati solo un quarto d'ora prima e ci hanno fatto aspettare, neanche un minuto prima, mai successo.
Ascensore lento, pulizie approssimative, cena molto ripetitiva, mai crostacei e solo un opzione di pesce, cucinato sempre negli stessi modi, buone opzioni per celiaci, chef disponibile e gentile.

Money Stolen From the Safe – Worst Hotel Experience Ever!
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel with a couple of friends and had a terrible experience. Money disappeared from the safe in our room!!! At first we were even blaming each other because we couldn’t believe something like this could happen in a hotel safe. In the end, after reading other reviews, we felt sick realizing we were clearly not the only ones.

This completely ruined our trip and destroyed any feeling of safety or trust. A hotel safe is supposed to protect guests’ valuables, not become a place where things disappear.

I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this hotel if you don’t want to risk being robbed. Very disappointing and stressful experience.

Would definitely recommend
Pros:

Everything. Right next to the beach. We asked for a high floor and got one.Beautiful view greeted us.
Balcony is shaded in the afternoon so perfect for relaxing after a swim.
Rooms very comfortable. The breakfast was top class and a special mention must be given to Irini who cooked fresh omelettes .
The hotel is a short walk from dozens of bars and restaurants..A few minutes past them sits the old town,which also has a huge choice for food,wines and shopping

Pros:

Good breakfast, clean comfortable room. Nikos the maitre' d in the restaurant was great! The staff in the restaurant was great, friendly and eager to help.

Cons:

The hotel is located right on the beach. No sun beds or umbrellas were available from the hotel. We had to purchase our own umbrellas and lay down on the towels that made it uncomfortable. After two days our umbrellas were broken due to strong winds. The Hotel management needs to do better in this issue.
Also we had two massages which were "ok", the price list in our room was 40.00€ for 50 min. When we had to pay the lady in the reception charged us 45.00€ for each one using the excuse that the prices changed. When I asked her to honor the 40.00€ price she wasn't cooperative and pretty much said that the prices changed but they forgot to update the prices on the brochures in the rooms. We stayed a week and nobody came to our room to give us the updated price list of the spa/massages and I am pretty sure all the rooms still have the old prices even now. It was disappointing and not a good customer service. One more thing the balcony door was extremely hard to open and we had to ask for assistance to open it.

Pros:

Καινούριο δωμάτιο ανετα στρώματα με ολες τις ανέσεις.
Η τοποθεσία ηταν πολύ καλή με απίστευτη θέα και πολυ εύκολη πρόσβαση στην πόλη!
Και για το πρωινό θα πω μονο οτι ηταν τέλειο!! Πλούσιο μπουφέ και ολα ηταν φρέσκα και εύγευστα!
Το προσωπικό φιλικό, παντα ευδιάθετο και βοηθητικό!
