Pros:

The lobby, bar and restaraunt area were gorgeous. Our room was well appointed and had a nice, hip vibe. We wish we had move time for the pool but it did look quite nice.

No negatives this trip.

The staff was so friendly and amazing! I enjoyed the pool and hot tub! Don’t get rid of your hot tub! Breakfast was quite good. Enjoyed my stay.
My only comment is.. $25 for parking?!?? REALLLLY! You had plenty of parking available and I just think it’s absurd when hotels charge parking in addition. Pls don’t absorb it and raise your rates; and pls stop charging it bc honestly although I enjoyed it I’d select other hotel options that do not charge parking fees.

Nice place to stay in Santa Cruz.
Pros:

Liked the decor, quiet room with very comfortable bed; friendly, helpful staff.

Cons:

Disappointing and odd that free WiFi is not included; nearly all hotels and motels include free WiFi.

החללים הציבוריים מאוד מרווחים ויפים (בריכה ולובי נהדרים)

Cons:

התחזוקה של החדר קצת לקויה וחדר לא נקי - במיוחד חדר האמבטיה. הוילון היה קרוע והכלים הסנטרים היו מלאים באבנית.

The windows didn’t open which was unfortunate as the cleaning supplies had a strong smell. The bar inside is very attractive and the menu looked good.
