Aucun effort pour parler français on a passer 2 jours sans Clim le lit de ma fille était un canapé lit sans matelas hyper dure elle as eu mal tout le séjour sans que personne ne fasse quelque chose et à la fin on nous a demander de payer des consolation qui n’était pas à nous ! Les chambres était salle jamais balayer et laver en 15 jours les draps jamais changer ! Vraiment le pire hôtel qu’on est fait à malaga ! Très mauvaise expérience

We had a good stay overall. What we liked most was the hotel itself: it is nice and quite large, with spacious bedrooms and a good breakfast. The pool area is also a real highlight, with three pools, a beach bar and plenty of space to relax. Overall, the hotel has good facilities and a pleasant atmosphere.
However, there were also a few things we didn’t like. The pool area is often very crowded and it can take a while to find a free space or sunbed. There are also quite a lot of children, so it can get noisy.
Another thing to keep in mind is that there are many stairs around the hotel, although there are elevators available. The pool bar was also disappointing, as the food was not particularly good or fresh. If you’re hungry while spending the day at the pool, I would recommend sticking to the French fries. They are frozen too, but at least they are not too bad.
Housekeeping was another downside: during our one-week stay, the rooms were never vacuumed, which was particularly noticeable after going to the beach, as sand would quickly build up on the floor and you would end up constantly walking on it. I think vacuuming at least every two or three days would make a big difference.
Finally, the mattress was quite hard, which may not be comfortable for everyone.

La cetcania a la playa
Las malditas escaleras que hay que subir todos los dias y la no pertenencia a la cadena Melia ( no conseguimos puntos) y ya se empieza a notar la ausencia del grupo
La ubicación .
La estancia ha sido regular. La habitación, el primer día, no estaba del todo limpia: había bastoncillos de los oídos usados en el baño. Además, las sábanas estaban bastante viejas y alguna almohada incluso estaba rota.
La comida del restaurante tampoco me ha gustado demasiado. Era bastante grasienta y muchas veces lo que se hacía en la plancha parecía más frito que hecho a la plancha.
Otro aspecto bastante desagradable era el olor del comedor. Muchas veces olía muy mal y me daban arcadas al entrar. Los salvamanteles olían a toalla mojada y era bastante desagradable.
También me ha parecido un poco caro en comparación con otros hoteles, incluso de menos estrellas. Personalmente, le daría una valoración de unas 3 estrellas.

Hotel fantástico por su ubicación, instalaciones, limpieza y buffet de 10. Personal muy amable. Dentro de la propia habitación mi hija tenía su propia habitación.
Por poner alguna pega: el aire acondicionado de las zonas comunes, hacía algo de calor comiendo y en las mesas del bar interior. La piscina se queda algo pequeña y la ubicación del retrete en el baño, detrás de la puerta.
