Fijn hotel.
Pros:

Prima hotel voor een overnachting op doorreis. Helaas geen restaurant aanwezig/ open op de lokatie zelf.

Cons:

There is no daily room service. It is only available upon request and must be booked the day before for service the following day. The problem is that you do not know exactly when they will come, as the time window is far too broad. They may come while you are sleeping, and therefore the room may not be cleaned. Overall, this system is not efficient.

We also noticed several small black insects, identified as centipede nymphs, on several occasions over a few days, both in the bathroom and inside the room, particularly near the windows.

The hotel parking is expensive, and finding free street parking in the area is extremely difficult.

The staff were also quite serious and rarely smiled. So, there are several aspects that could be improved

The hotel met all my needs. The location was only a couple of blocks from the US Consulate.
Pros:

The breakfast was good. Food was well prepared and hot. The only item that was disappointing were the "sausages". They were more like hotdogs. Nothing like the sausages the Germans are known for. The room was average. The shower leaked on the floor and there was no drain outside the shower.

Cons:

Even when you didn't ask for fresh towels, the coffee packets, tea bags, and creamers were not replenished.
