It was overall a pleasant stay
Pros:

I was thankful we could park right out front. That we could check in late and there be staff to do it. Breakfast crew was pleasant and food great.

Nein, die Bettwäsche war sehr benutzt , kaum erneuerte Bettwäsche, Personal unfreundlich nicht hilfbereit.

Wir kommen wieder 😉
Pros:

Wie auch das letzte Mal, haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal ist wirklich super freundlich und hilfsbereit, genauso die Reinigungskräfte!
Das Zimmer war wieder sehr sauber und mit zwei Kindern und zwei Hunden kamen wir die vier Tage platzmäßig gut zurecht. Nur die Schlafcouch war sehr schmal für zwei 10 Jährige.
Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und wurde immer frisch aufgefüllt.

Einen kleinen Mängel hatten wir dieses Mal, welches den hohen Temperaturen geschuldet war, der Kühlschrank, wie auch die Klimaanlage funktionierten nicht richtig. Bei 40 Grad Celsius und viel Sonnenschein war es gerade für die Hunde quälend, aber wir bekamen sofort für die Nacht einen Ventilator, jede Menge Eiswürfel und am nächsten Tag ein neues Zimmer, trotz hoher Belegung. Vielen Dank an das Personal für die Flexibilität und das Engagement.

Gerade bei der extremen Hitze war es sicher nicht einfach, den Arbeitsalltag zu bewältigen. Trotzdem waren Sie jederzeit sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und hatten immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht.

Das hat unseren Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht und ist uns sehr positiv aufgefallen. Vielen Dank für Ihren tollen Service und Ihre herzliche Art.

Pros:

Mich hat hier an den heißen Tagen Ende Juni 2026 die super Klimaanlage gerettet. Das Bett war super bequem und besonders die Bettwäsche war ein Traum. Der Ausblick aus dem 4. Stock war besonders Abends von dem wirklich sehr großzügigen Balkon wirklich schön!
Das Parken in der Tiefgarage und der Aufzug haben zusätzlichen Comfort geboten.

Cons:

Leider sind die Parkgebühren mit 19€ pro Nacht recht happig. Wobei hier natürlich jeder selbst entscheiden kann, ob man dieses Angebot nutzen möchte.
