Ganz gut für einen Kurzaufenthalt. Kleiner Saunabereich ohne Aufpreis für einen entspannten Abend. Schönes geräumiges Zimmer.

Cons:

Parken kostet extra, in der Umgebung finden sich mit etwas Mühe kostenfreie Parkplätze. Frühstücksraum war gerne mal überfüllt und überlastet, das war etwas anstrengend.

I don't recommend
Pros:

The hotel isn't located near the city center, but the tramway station is very close by and transportation is easy. The room was spacious, and the hotel was clean. The bed was comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet.

Cons:

I called the front desk before arriving to confirm the time since it was late. After 10 tries, no one answered the phone and I received a patronizing message from the employee saying that he or she was busy and that it was not appropriate to disturb them with consecutive calls. I'm sorry? This is a four-star hotel and it's unacceptable not to answer customers' calls. One day later, I found that my key card was locked. I learned that it was because I hadn't checked in, even though I had. Denying room access to a customer because of a missing form is rude and should never happen in a four-star hotel. I have never experienced this before and am utterly disappointed.

Es war besser als erwartet
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren völlig angemessen, wir konnten unseren kleinen Hund mitnehmen und die Klimaanlage war während der Hitzewelle Gold wert. Das Hotel ist verkehrsgünstig gelegen und trotz der Hauptstraßenlage hört man nichts.
