Tired site and building. Needs major refurbishment rooms 1 star at best. Evening menu hàd potential but did not amount to much
Good parking and impressive building.
No invitation to reserve a restaurant table, consequently we had to go elsewhere as it was fully booked on arrival.
Possibly our fault for not reserving in advance but most hotels I've stayed in request your restaurant reservation in advance.

La descripción y servicios no se corresponden a los ofertados. El spa, sauna y demás espacios de relax no funcionaron ninguno de los días. EL hotel es bastante viejo y los detalles están descuidados. La limpieza también brilla por su ausencia. Las fotos vistas en la oferta deben ser de hace muchos años, ahora mismo nos se corresponden.
Lo reservamos buscando tres días de relax y no conseguimos nuestro propósito.

Het personeel was niet heel vriendelijk. De Spa was stuk en het restaurant vol geboekt werd zonder pardon medegedeeld. Beetje jammer.
Pool, Zimmer und alle Räume sehr authentisch und gepflegt
Frühstück unorganisiert, es war schon vieles weg um 9.30 Uhr und es gab auch keine Unterstützung seitens Mitarbeiter schien sehr gestresst, nichts eingedeckt, wir liefen rum wegen jeder Kleinigkeit, schade und dafür doch recht stolzer Preis

Le château est beau
Pas d’eau chaude à 21:30, les oreillers pas très propre, et la musique du restaurant avec beaucoup de basses. Impossible de dormir tôt après une journée de route. Et pourtant nous avions réservé la plus belle chambre et plus cher du château. Le personnel était as terrible. On a attendu 10 minutes à l’accueil avant que quelqu’un arrive et l’après-midi 4 appels avant que quelqu’un décroche. Pour le prix je suis particulièrement déçu.

Les chaises qui grincent sur le parquet dans toutes les chambres, tâches sur les murs, plateau petit déjeuné qui appartenait à la chambre d’en face resté par terre à devant ma chambre toute une journée
Le lieu
Le spa est vieillissant, la robinetterie est usée (bruits), pas de musique relaxante. Les joints de douche de la chambre sont moisis, le robinet de l'évier est dévissé. Il n'y a pas d'isolation à la porte d'entrée de la chambre.
Good location and staff very helpful. The room was lovely and very clean. The outdoor pool was open and very welcome
The dining experience was very expensive indeed. The menu offered a very limited choice and the food was over complicated. . No vegetables were offered and staying for 2 nights and a lunch, there was no variety in menu choice. Breakfast was very expensive too.
L'emplacement est parfait ... au calme sans être trop éloigné de la ville. On peut parquer sa voiture à l'intérieur de la propriété protégée d'un portail. Le jardin est superbe et le restaurant délicieux. Nous n'avons ni testé la piscine ni le spa mais ils sont là, à disposition !
La salle de bain est un peu peu petite et bruyante.
