Hotel Hamburg Stadtzentrum

The street leading to the hotel is just awful. Very, very dirty and loud. At times, I didn't feel safe. Drunk people in the area, there are some X cinemas and gamble places. It felt quite nasty.

In order to go in the hotel, you must ring a bell and sometimes they take their time to allow you in. First night when I arrived, I paid for my reservation and they couldn't provide me with an invoice in English, which seems kind of like really basic for an international travel, but anyway...

The bathroom is quite narrow, although pristine. The bed wasn't really comfortable and the pillows were nothing but painful to use. I had to fold them in order to get some consistent base for my head.

The breakfast was alright, but last day was on a weekend, which was up to 11am, I decided to go down a bit later and when I got there, there was almost nothing left. I think I had a toast and an apple.

Another very annoying thing is that every time i leave the hotel, I must leave the key. They don't have cards for the rooms, so when coming back, you have to go through reception in order to retrieve your key. One night there was a huge group checking in and the receptionist didn't even look at me, so when he was about to proceed to give individual keys to all of them, I had to get his attention to get my key.

Furchtbare Umgebung, dafür kann das Hotel nichts. Doch als allein Reisende gefährlich.
Teppich verdreckt, Duschvorhang verdreckt, Gardine dreckig...
Haare im Bad, nicht von mir.
Frühstück: Mehrere Tassen schmutzig. Servicekraft reinigt Ebenen WC mit der Bürste ( Tür war offen)und geht ohne Händewaschen in die Küche.
Wenn man aus dem Fahrstuhl steigt ist der Fußboden kaputt.
Nie wieder.

Das Hotel befand sich direkt über einem Sex-Shop und in einem extrem sozialen Brennpunkt.
Hoteleigene Parkplätze gab es nicht, in der Straße war ein Parken bis maximal 120 Minuten erlaubt.
Das Frühstück war sehr einfach, es gab ausschließlich kalte Speisen.
Der Teppich im Zimmer und im Flur hätte schon vor langer Zeit ausgetauscht werden müssen.
Die Schlafcouch war sehr durchgelegen.

Neben an das Hotel waren Prostitution die Hotel Gâsten wen rauchen möchte vor dem Hotel , denken die Gäste auch .....

Die Umgebung ,extrem schlecht.

Heel grimmige buurt, achter het centraal station, veel louche mensen op straat en druggebruik

Vom Bahnhof zur Unterkunft zu laufen war schrecklich, nur Penner, Prostituierte, Dealer, Diebe, Kriminelle und Drogensüchtige und nur Asoziale - nie wieder.

Не понравилась мне дорога к отелю ,наркоманов там слишком много и это нормальному человеку не привычно, но как только переступаешь порог отеля все позади)

The cost of 1 night is overpriced for the stay and the conditions of the hotel. For starters the booking pictures are 100% different as to what I found in the hotel, this meaning you are miss leading your clients. It stated the room has its own bathroom but it did not and it was a shared bathroom for all the rooms on that floor. The room had a funny smell inside; I had to open the windows during the night. The size of the room is less than half of what was noted in the booking, the access to the hotel is not easy, the hospitality at the reception is not the best as well. In general, I will not recommend this hotel to no one ever. I was with the idea of just leaving and making a complaint and request a refund, but due to work related timeline I did not have time to be changing and looking for another place.
