La habitación muy bonita ,la nuestra...no conozco las otras habitaciones.
El personal encantador.

Cons:

Hay que decir que la media pensión no es bufé libre.
La comida es muy rica y muy bien presentada...
Pero si te quedas una semana intera...la carta se queda muy escasa.

We had a very relaxing stay where we were very well looked after by all staff
Pros:

The Reception Staff were exceptional , nothing was too much trouble. Extremely helpful and polite. A lovely bottle of wine and canapés were ready on arrival.

Pros:

Sa situation, son confort et le personnel.
Une note spéciale au réceptionniste Mohamed. C’est un homme très professionnel, très serviable avec une connaissance de la Costa blanca incroyable. Il est de bon conseil. Notre séjour a été incroyable grâce à lui. Gracias.

Etablissement et personnel Exceptionnels.
Pros:

Mon épouse a été surprise par le luxe et le raffinement de cet hôtel. Un emplacement magnifique. Une chambre avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer et la plage. Un personnel très agréable et très à l'écoute. Un petit déjeuner servi à table avec un choix extraordinaire.
Un immense merci à toute l'équipe de cet établissement.

Estadia muito interessante e que não desiludiu. Penso voltar....

Da localização, atenção, simpatia e atendimento dos colaboradores. Possibilidades de ter animais de companhia.

Cons:

O menu das refeições é limitado e sempre o mesmo durante toda a estadia. Contudo as refeições de boa qualidade e quantidades suficientes.

A gem of a hotel in the Old Town
Pros:

Thank you so much for your warm hospitality.All staff are really helpful and caring can't do enough for you!
Our room was cleaned every day and all staff went the extra mile!
Will definitely be returning and highly recommend for the best location as the views are incredible n my opinion the best in Benidorm.
