Very good location close to Nollendorfplatz
Pros:

Long weekend in Berlin with friends. Large room with good medium hard bed and comfortable linnen. Pillows firm. Nespresso coffemaker and kettle. Bathroom spacious with good shower. Shower controls needed some experimenting. Staff nice. Didn’t buy the breakfast package as I prefer to explore cafes with good reviews instead. Location is very good in the Nollendorfplatz area with lots of bars and good restaurants in the vicinity.

Cons:

I missed a mini refrigerator to keep a few bottles cool.

Персонал очень странно себя вел. За такие деньги обслуживание должно быть на высшем уровне. Чисто то было чисто. Однако когда я посмотрела под кровать, полный ужас. Косметика которую предлагали мне в номере была вовсе не новая. Было видно что уже кто-то её использовал и открывал. Местоположение возле метро но не прям близко всех достопримечательности.

Cons:

No ice available, no refrigerator on the room. Very little storage space for clothes (we had to put on the sofa). When asked for room clean (they don't do automatically, you have to request), the towels were not changed. One day when asked the room to be cleaned the maid knocked. We told her it would be about 30 minutes. She looked angry and said no. We then told her 15 and she finally accepted. Hello, who is the customer here? I stayed 10 years ago, it is seemed much better then. Getting a bit tired

Pros:

Das Viertel, in welchem sich das Hotel befindet, ist für Berlin ruhig. Ein hübsches kleines Frühstücks-Café liegt direkt gegenüber.

Cons:

Die Luft in diesem Hotel war zum Schneiden dick, man bekommt klaustrophobische Anwandlungen... wir empfehlen: einfach mal durchlüften, Fenster öffnen! Der Checkin dauerte und dauerte und dauerte, und das um 21.35 Uhr! Unter einem Luxus-Doppelzimmer stellen wir uns außerdem vor, dass man nachts keine laut brummende 30jährige Klimaanlage (Ließ sich nicht abstellen!) ertragen muß. Als "Fenster" dienten 2 Dachluken an der 3,5 m hohen Schräge, die man, um in diesem Zimmer atmen zu können, auch erstmal aufkriegen muss...mäßige Sauberkeit. Der Mitarbeiter morgens beim Checkout war sogar freundlich - einziger Pluspunkt auf weiter Flur!
