Comfort and seclusion
Pros:

Not in the main strip so was quiet but still close to downtown . We like the private balcony overlooking the stream

Cons:

No microwave in the room but not that big of a deal.

Don't make this mistake!
Pros:

Cannot say any part of the property was worth a good rating.

Cons:

Lots of road noise, dangerous shower (slick as snot), parking was crappy, door to balcony had to be kicked open, air conditioner was verrry loud. Refused a refund when we left after one night.

Pros:

From start to finish, this was the most amazing stay. I'm not going to mention individuals as I think it's unfair and particularly as this was such a team effort. From check in, to breakfast and dinner everything was exceptional. I would recommend Rocky Waters to anyone and look forward to visiting as much as possible.

Great Boutique Hotel...very special. Hospitality done right.
Pros:

The room was excellent . The view from the Balcony was Outstanding. Listening to the water as it swiped through the rivers boulders in the river was so relaxing. Breakfast was included in the Heirloom Restaurant was outstanding. Dinner is not to be missed absolutely wonderful. In a Tourist town full of Hamburger Joints this was a shining star in Gourmet Cooking. Brilliant Chef and very nice Wait Stuff. Our waitress was Mandy so informative ...we just loved her suggestions which were right on point. I would go back to eat here again.

Room was not clean, shower door broke and not fixed for a whole day, difficult to locate staff when needed
