They had a water problem and didn’t notify me. Then I was set up at a shitty hotel in the city.
Perfectly situation adjacent to the main part of downtown and the loop! Facilities were comfortable and staff were friendly. Nothing remarkable but would stay again if the rooftop bar was actually open!
Quite disappointing that the rooftop bar closed so early. Came down to order food and a drink to watch the sunset and it was shut. I think if it’s unseasonably warm/ a lovely day the bar should be kept open! I couldn’t even go out and take a picture.
Parking was stressful. Very tight and cramped trying to get in. Valet was missing, Ubers double parked, nowhere to turn or exit.
Close to the salt shed for a concert
So much money for only one night
urgh - awful experience - the hotel hot water heater broke - nobody bothered to try and call or message us just shouted at us when we went to ask what was going on at reception. We were told everyone had to leave due to no hot water - they sent us to a Hilton?? which had a broken lift and couldn't give us a room for our entire stay anyway even though there was space available at Regency Hyatt (which we then had to book ourselves)So rude what a joke reception was completely out of control- so unhelpful made worse by then offering no compensation whatsoever for our inconvenience and then emailing the bill for the night we had stayed the minute we left even though no hot water??? nightmare! avoid! particularly unhelpful woman on reception
Everything was good
The trip was to shore
I will stay more days next time
Rooftop
No parking. Bad service at restaurant bar
Front desk guy was Kim and the lobby smelled goood
I booked this hotel when I got there they had a water pump go out and never contacted me I drove 3 hours. I didn’t stay at this hotel because it had no water. I was told I’d have to go to another hotel in network and was told I’d be refunded and I have yet to be refunded. I’ve called the hotel they give me the run around. I’m gonna give it a few more days.
