Location was good.
The tv channels wouldn’t come in.
I already sent rating information for the worst Hilton I have ever stayed within. Living on towels from the shower to the bedroom, to prevent slipping on the floor was very bad. Ironically, after I had gone to get 7 towels to lay out (the staff member from the front desk followed me to see what was wrong) across the floor, later I went by the front desk and a couple was telling the person they did not have HOT water! The wife asked if I had that, which I did. I had a drain that was not working properly.
I liked that they were professional and personable, even though they had just spent 6 hours with their systems down nationwide.

Everything about the hotel was great, from the service to the cleanliness to the amenities! My favorite part was the location being 0-10 minutes from everything we wanted to do!
We stayed 3 nights, most expensive in the area. No breakfast included and they didn’t clean room each day. Had to ask them to clean it.
Rhe room was quiet, clean, and very comfortable.
Nice location, very clean
Toilet was too low and bed squeaks. There was a slew of soccor kids who were loud and noisy upon our arrival. I had trouble hearing the staff member. They should have been in a conference room and not the main entrance. This was unacceptable for the price I paid for rhis room and hotel of this quality.. I could have gone down the street for the same or lower price and not experienced this.
It was clean, comfy, quiet, and a good location.
That breakfast wasn’t free
Staff was friendly.
I assumed since I paid $264.00 for ONE night, breakfast would be included but it wasn’t? Even the fees connected to minibar and snacks were overpriced. Everyone was very nice but I just feel swindled. I don’t like it when hotels gouge their customers. I will most likely look for more reasonable accommodations next time I visit Indianapolis.
