Sleeping and this hotel don`t get along
Pros:

The hotel is close to the central train station and that was great since the area around the station is filled with homeless people, drug addicts and strange migrants from Africa and Middle East, The building is beautiful outside and inside even more. The bar and restaurant are great and the prices are decent. Also, the room was beautiful and the holeway a piece of art. The room was clean, the bathroom was big and the AC worked like a charm.

Cons:

Having said that, the sleep quality was the worst we`ve ever experienced. The noise from the neighbours, the noise from the wooden floor, the clicks and clacks coming from the TV (which was turned off) made sleeping impossible. I can not exprese in words the feeling when you are tired and only want to sleep, but you can`t cause the noises wake you up time and time again. It was horrible. And the beds and pillows didn`t help at all since they where not very comfy as well. We won`t be staying cause of that.

Pros:

A good range of food but the artificial scrambled egg was watery and cold. Well located for the main station. Reception kindly printed some digital tickets for me.

Posizione strategica
Pros:

L’hotel è situato in una posizione strategica a pochi passi dalla Stazione Centrale di Napoli. L’albergo è pulito ed il personale è sempre pronto a dar consigli ai clienti su cosa visare a Napoli e dintorni.

Bien comunicado y adecuado para estancias cortas
Pros:

La ubicación, a pesar de ser una zona sucia y poco agradable para pasear a ciertas horas, está muy cerca de la estación central y, por tanto, muy bien comunicada con el aeropuerto y con otros puntos de interés en la ciudad y alrededores.
La habitación, habiendo solicitado que no diera a la calle para evitar ruidos ya que viajamos con un niño pequeño, era silenciosa y tranquila, espaciosa y con encanto. El desayuno correcto.

Convenient for the train station
Pros:

Great location - close to the train station for an early departure.
Staff were friendly and allowed us to use the fridge in reception.

Cons:

The air-conditioning didn't work - we kept reducing the temperature and had it at 16C and it was still very warm in the room.

Pleasent stay in the heart of Naples
Pros:

Great location, good value and pleasant staff. Breakfast was nice with good variety. Would recommend staying here for ease of travel connections bei g close to train station.

Cons:

The iron and ironing board we borrowed were terrible. Kettle leaked and ironing board barley stayed up.

Pokud holdujete sladké Italské snídani, pak bych hotel doporučila.
Pros:

Slušný, čistý hotel blízko stanice metra a náměstí kde se nachází mnoho dalších hotelů, restaurací a kaváren.
Kolem nádraží a na piazza Garibaldi se neustále zdržují policisté a vojáci. Díky nim jsme se cítili bezpečně i po půlnoci, když jsme se vraceli z koncertu.

Cons:

Vadilo mi blikající požární čidlo přímo nad postelí, mohlo být umístěné u vchodových dveří.
Největší slabinou tohoto hotelu jsou snídaně. Jeden druh plátkového sýra a dušená šunka překrájená na čtvrtiny opravdu není to na co se po ránu těšíte. V Itálii bych očekávala mozzarelu, prosciutto crudo, olivy.... V snídaňové místnosti je velká zima, asi abychom se dlouho nezdržovali, ale s tou troškou jídla, které tam je, to ani na dlouho není.
