Eleganza e comfort
Pros:

Struttura elegante e in stile classico, posizione centrale. Ristorante per colazione e cena molto buono e con ottimo servizio. Suite ampie e comode, buona insonorizzazione delle finestre, servizio in camera eccellente. Hanno anche offerto champagne e dolce in camera in occasione di un compleanno.

Ein wunderschönes, historisch wertvolles Gebäude, dass man gesehen haben muss.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war qualitativ extrem gut und kann in einem wunderschönen Rahmen eingenommen. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr aufmerksam. Herr Fuchs, der Restaurantleiter, ist ein absoluter Vollprofi. Wir haben uns sofort wie Zuhause geühlt.

Wonderful First Class pampering and restful!
Pros:

Great location. Luxuriously appointed rooms, modern clean large bathroom, service very polite and professional. Room well lit, great AC, vanity light in bathroom perfect. Charming cafe with outdoor seating available. Great cocktails at bar and we caught jazz show one night

Due to unusual heat wave, lobby and especially revolving door entrance became warm, stuffy and a bit smelly at times

Luxury in Vienna
Pros:

We had the most wonderful stay here. We were celebrating our anniversary, and the hotel left balloons, flowers, sparkling wine, and chocolates in our room. The staff was over- the-top helpful. The breakfast was wonderful. We enjoyed lunch there one day, too. Here is a hint. Make reservations in advance for afternoon tea. It is complimentary, but you have to reserve in advance. It is from 12:30-4:30 daily. A special shout out to the concierge Felix Fischer,and the wait staff, Harry Fuchs. These service staff need to be commended for being outstanding at their jobs. The hotel is historic. We love that. It is just a very beautiful place to stay.

Denn gesamten Mitarbeitern des Hotelst/Palastes möchte ich eine rießen großen Lob aussprechen. Das gesamte Team ob Rezeption, Doormänner, Conchierche, Roomservice,Küche, das Cafe Imperial oder Teinigung verdient höchste Wertschätzung.
Diese Herzlichkeit, Freundlichkeit,Hilfsbereitschaft und dann noch dieses herzliche Lächeln setzt einem die Krone auf.
Das Essen ist wirklich sehr excellent grosen Lob an die Küchenchefs und das gesamte Küchenteam.
Auch denn gesamten Kellnerinen und Kellner des Cafe Imperial einen großen Lob für Ihre Leistung die sie bringen.
Sehr zu empfehlen die Imperial Torte, diese ist einfach ein Traum.
Was ich auch noch erwähnen möchte ist die Security die das Hotel hat, diese gibt ebenso ihr bestes das alles in ordnung ist und die Gäste sich wohlfühlen.Daher auch ein großes Lob an diese Mitarbeiter.

Cons:

Es gibt überhaupt nichts zu bemengeln nicht das ich wüsste.
Das einzige was ich aber erwähnen muss ist, das es für viele Menschen leider schon alles selbstverständlich ist.
Es wärel nett Wertschätzung zu zeigen.
Diese Mitarbeiter geben wirklich ihr aller bestes.
