Kommen wieder
Pros:

Frühstück und Lage könnten nicht besser sein. Beim Abendessen am 19. waren die Schnitzel optimal,besser als im Sacher, das Ambiente und die Hintergrundmusik eher trist.

Concierge Herr Fischer ist einfach der Beste! Vielen Dank für die Organisation der Tickets für das Ballett Giselle in der ersten Reihe sowie für die vielen wertvollen Tipps. Auch die Dame an der Rezeption war ausserordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit (leider habe ich ihren Namen vergessen). Herzlichen Dank für den hervorragenden Service!

円安でなければ最高の宿泊体験の一つでした。
Pros:

朝食はシャンパンを含めて美味しくて良かった。カフェで夕食を4回取ったが旬の白アスパラは期待通りの美味でした。歴史ある建物に滞在した満足感がありました。音楽が大きな目的だったので、楽友協会とオペラハウスに行くにはとても便利でした（コンツエルトハウスとアンデア・ウイーンにも近いです）。

Cons:

シャワーを使うとドア下からの水漏れが起きて、改善してほしい。円安なので値段は厳しかった。

Un séjour au paradis
Pros:

Tous, le service, le cadre , le petit mot de bienvenue sur la table de la chambre , la disponibilité du personnel et surtout leur gentillesse , toujours prêt à nous rendre service et à régler nos petits problème ( de langue ) pour faire de notre séjours un moment inoubliable .

A very relaxing hotel
Pros:

This was our first stay at the Imperial and it certainly makes you go "oh wow" when you arrive in the lobby. The staff are so nice and do anticipate your needs a lot of the time and go the extra mile to smile and make your stay personal, special and a happy experience. It was my wife's birthday while we were there and we had not mentioned it but when we returned from a concert there was a vase of red roses, a Tort with fresh fruit and a bottle of champagne in the room, how lovely is that. We will need to return to Vienna as we did not allow enough time to visit all the places, venues and pastry shops we would have liked. We look forward to our next stay at the Hotel Imperial.
