In comparison to my last stay, I noticed that the manager was changed, recent good changes were noticed on handling with

- private beach
- friendly staff ( better than last stay )

Cons:

- beach is too small, needs more attention for cleaning, the main trash can on beach was broken.

Very Disappointed
Pros:

Location is very good

Cons:

The furniture is very old , I reserved Suit but when i request new one since it’s not very good one as shown in picture they informed me they don’t have availability and may be next day will move me to new one but in second day they refused also
Also beach is open for any one to be in not only the hotel residence so the beach is overcrowded and full of rubbish

I think there is other hotels offers more value vs money

Pros:

It was clean , organized , family friendly

Cons:

Room selection specified 3 beds ,but the room provided to us was smaller containing only 2 beds.
The door was not closing securely, it couldn't be unlocked from outside but we can see through the door the outside hallway

We put the don't disturb sign while have breakfast yet when we went back the room has cigrates smell and the tv was turned on even thought we didn't touch it


It only had 2 elevators serving 11 floors but there wasn't much wait time on elevators
