الموقع ، مباشرة علي البحر حيث يسهل الوصول الي أي مكان في الإسكندرية والي الشاطيء

Amazing except internet & reception
Pros:

Breakfast was so far good and enough & the location was amazing. The beach is good , the room was clean and tidy and the housekeeping are nice & available all time .

Cons:

The internet was so bad & the QR code in the room didn’t work at all , even when we asked the reception the lady in the reception ( receptionist) told us the hotel internet is very bad , & told us the hotel in general is known for it’s very bad & poor internet facility .
We didn’t like also the attitude of the receptionists and they weren’t helpful at all in everything, plus they were not cheerful or welcoming not to us only but in general.
Even with other guests I heard several times while passing by the reception guests shouting & arguing with the receptionists .
